Dunkin' — Restaurant in Columbus

I’m really done taking my time to review these Dunkin chains, hoping they’ll take some of mine and these other people’s concerns and complaints seriously and CHANGE things. i have contacted the corporate office, even seen some of THEIR bad comments, not responding to customers, not getting our complaints answered or our problems corrected. I am sick and tired of the overpriced-subpar products-especially the iced drinks. The rude, unprofessional employees. The incorrectly and inconsistently made drinks. i have submitted multiple comments to the store at 5095 W Broad St in Columbus, Ohio. It’s a franchise. And to the corporate office. Both have now BLOCKED CUSTOMER REVIEWS. i stopped going for awhile, then my son drove there one day last week and I got a great Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Latte! Then I got one a few days later, thinking they had hired better people & trained them all to make them the same, and ordered oat milk, was charged a whole dollar more (WHO DOES THAT? it’s a tiny amount!) then proceeded to drink it and suffer later with the same effects that dairy gives me and oatmilk does NOT. i suspect oatmilk was NOT used. So my son surprised me with a drink today. It tastes nothing like pumpkin. Or spice. Just cold coffee with no foam on top. I went back to have it corrected, only to find they close their store at 7:00 pm because ONLY minors work there after 7:00 pm every night. NOT SAFE!! Parents need to be told. No manager on duty after 7:00 pm! There is actually one younger guy who works afternoons/nights that is a great employee, he’s always friendly and polite. He is a younger boy with dark, curly hair. He is always, consistently, professional and polite. If anyone is wondering or snickering about all the ALL CAPS, it’s because i’m fed up. this is absolutely the last time i’m going to this chain. I literally am out of town have a pounding heading and drove 40 min to get here. No sign outside but there is dunkin inside. Im so excited i go in and theres coffee i pour and make my two xl cups and one only fills half so I ask if any of the others work as I grab mine, its ice cold.
