Five Guys remains a go-to spot for many burger enthusiasts, but recent visits have highlighted some noticeable changes, likely a result of inflation. While the food still tastes great, especially the burgers, there are a few points worth mentioning.
Firstly, the portion sizes of the burgers have noticeably decreased, while the prices have increased. It's clear that inflation is taking its toll here. However, the generous servings of fries remain unchanged, which is a plus for those who love their signature, overflowing fry portions.
The service at Five Guys was commendable. The employees were friendly, greeted us warmly, and ensured we had a hot meal as quickly as possible. Their efficiency and pleasant demeanor certainly enhanced the dining experience.
Cleanliness is another strong point for this location. When we walked in, there wasn't a single dirty table in sight, which is always a reassuring sign in a fast-food restaurant.
Overall, despite the smaller burgers and higher prices, Five Guys still delivers on taste and service. It's a reliable spot for a satisfying meal, though be prepared for the impact of rising costs.

Read moreIt was a year ago that I wrote 5 star review , I can honestly say In the last three months, I’ve noticed a serious decline. This evening will be the last time that I buy my weekly treat there. I order online and usually when I walk into the store I’m greeted, this evening with only 1 other customer in the restaurant I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes, I tried to get the attention of the person who was handling the fry station to let them know that I was here to pick up my order, as I could see it very clearly sitting on the line in front of him. He continued to ignore me. Eventually he handed me a bag and said here you go, Jennifer it was then that I had the opportunity to tell him that that was not my name and that was not my order. When I did eventually get my order, I noticed that he had omitted the extra tray of fries that we usually get. Also, my burger had been sitting there so long the bun is now completely soggy and falling apart… Such a difference in three months. If you’re going to charge $20 for a burger and fries they need to be of good quality and the manager need to pay attention in her store.. you’ve lost a valuable...
Read more2 burgers + 1 order of fries = $36. That didn’t even include drinks. It was my first time eating here and all I can say is look guys (all Five of you)… your food is not amazing. It’s just “good” - at best. But it’s not nearly good enough to justify your exorbitantly high prices. Your food is nothing more than average. So, please… calm down, adjust your prices accordingly, and consider just owning who you are. There’s nothing wrong with average. Just don’t charge as if your food is anything more than that. That math above is absolutely ridiculous for what you get - and you know it.
Also, no need to reply to this. I don’t need to hear about your “quality” ingredients, your made-to-order freshness, or how you value this feedback but respectfully disagree and/or assume I had a bad experience. It was fine. Just simply stop acting (charging) like your God’s gift to trendy hipster...
