I took my phone to get screen replacement, not only did I not get fix properly the first time, the guy say it was something wrong with my front camera and was going to charge me extra from that. Mind you I never had a problem with my phone’s camera ever, but when I came to get it the guy said he couldn’t fix so he wouldn’t charge me for that. After that he put a new screen on and my didn’t come back on. After trying multiple screens, he finally got the screen to come back on. Once the screen came back on, there was small dim spot in the upper right corner. I point it out, and he tells me to come back and he would replace the screen to fix the issue because he they were busy with other items by now. I agreed to come back, when I came he replaced the screen again, once again there was a issue with the screen coming on once the new screen was applied. After like a hour, and him talking to his boss, he told me that the backlight in my phone needed to be replaced. Once my phone come back on, the little corner with dim spot has now spread to the bottom of the right side of my screen. So of course I ask for a refund because the obvious damaged my phone during the repair, they tell me they can only give me back half because they put the new screen on. I was like ok, so I get home and noticed a screw missing next to charging port, my phone gets so hot when I charge or use it now. I was like damn if I knew I was going to go thru all this, I would of never took it up there. They wasted time out of my life and didn’t take accountability of the mistakes they made while replacing my screen, for that could never get my any business from me again. FYI I have older phone screens replaced before and nothing like this has happened, because they also tried to say my phone was old this tends to happen. Nah, that’s was a good rebuttal, but a mistake occurred some where while the phone was being worked on, just fess up, it’s not like I asked for a replacement phone which I should have, just a apology and a...
Read moreOn 3/18 I brought my Samsung s20 into your store to be repaired. I had a non functional screen. I was told the parts had to be ordered but they would be there and the phone ready by 3/22 and that i would get a call when the phone was ready. I paid in full and left the phone. I did not receive a call so I called the store on 3/23 to ask about the repair. At first no one knew what I was talking about. They eventually found my parts and I was told they would do the repair right then and I would receive a call to pick it up. Again, I didn't hear from anybody. Today 3/28 I called to check on my phone. Again the guy that answered the phone acted like he didn't know anything about my phone. He eventually found it and the parts and said he would do the job Immediately, he said it would take an hour and he would call me . Two hours and no phone call later , I walk into the store to find the guy with his feet propped up playing video games on the TV screen. My phone still doesn't work and apparently is in worse shape than when I dropped it off. When i dropped it off the phone would power on, the screen would just stay black. After installing the replacement part it wouldnt even do that. Your technician said the new part was faulty. He offered to order another new part but said it would take another week. I told him i wasnt interested in that and would like my phone back and a refund. He said he would have to take the new parts out and put the originals back, that would rake 30-40 minutes and he would call me. An hour and a half later...you guessed it, no call . When I picked up my phone I was informed I wouldn't be refunded his labor cost. I guess I'll take the $40 loss and see if I can find a more professional competent shop to...

Hands down the worst idea I've had was to trust them to fix my devices. Took both my iphone and laptop in for routine fixes. Phone needed a battery replacement, laptop had a couple keys that weren't working.
After these 'repairs', both devices are in significantly worse condition. My phone no longer recognizes any charger even wireless charging. They told me they could send it off, which would take 2 weeks. I got my phone back 2 MONTHS later, and it still wouldn't even turn on. I have since had to buy a brand new one.
I was told my laptop keyboard needed replacing. Paid to get a new one, and when they replaced it, they blew the fuse for the backlight for the screen. Then in the process of trying to fix that problem, cracked the screen as a whole. I remind you, there were 4 keys on the keyboard not working, now I have no functional screen.
None of this seems to be a priority of theirs. I have been dealing with these problems for 3 months now. The manager never returns phone calls, and has even told me that I am costing them money because they have to deal with THE PROBLEMS THAT THEY CAUSED.
After finally getting my screen replaced (which still doesn't work), they want to send my computer off. They messed around with the keyboard again in trying to mess with the motherboard, leaving the spacebar nonfunctional. I brought this up to the manager when I picked it up, and was literally told that I could try the screws in the bottom of the laptop.
So now we are at the point where they have messed up my computer and phone to the point that the recommendation is that I fix it...
