Guthrie's Chicken — Restaurant in Columbus

When placing an order online from YOUR website, DON’T force people to come inside to get it!!! And DON’T rudely tell them “it’s our policy.” Nothing says this on the website (unless it’s in the fine print somewhere, but that’s no excuse) nor in the multiple emails or text messages that are received after placing the order. There wasn’t even anyone in the drive thru or eating inside. This was ridiculous.

How many people place orders online, wait in the drive thru, and then get embarrassed and talked down to when they wonder why they can’t get their food like any other place that has a drive thru? There is NO WAY I’m the only person that has ran into this. Here’s a crazy thought for ownership/management (make sure you’re sitting down for this one): Change your stupid policy to allow online orders to be picked up via the drive thru…. You know… LIKE EVERYONE ELSE does who has a drive thru!!!! I assure you, you can handle it. You are NEVER that busy at this location.

I went through the drive thru and was charged $38 for a 3 piece chicken tender, a 4 piece chicken tender, and a 5 piece chicken tender. After getting that crazy high total, at the window I asked for another Guthrie's sauce AND THEY WANTED $0.50 MORE PER SAUCE!

After hearing that, I politely declined, but the best part, is that when I got home, I realized they didn't even give me a single sauce with one of the tender meals.

Not only, are the prices atrociously high, but the food was barely fresh, & the tenders are tiny. Overall, I'd only recommend people to go here if they want to pay price-gougingly high costs, be served un-fresh food, have sauces missing and get additionally charged on top of the already atrocious prices for just needing an additional sauce.

Absolutely ridiculous - will not be returning. Could have went to a sit down restaurant for these prices. The owner needs to fix these prices and gouging ASAP or they won't last. You can't take advantage of your community like this and expect people to continue eating at...

This crew!!!!! AMAZING! These girls have wonderful customer service and the kitchen staff was also out of this world. Our food was hot, crispy, fresh and served with joy. I’ve been through this new drive thru twice and both times I’ve had Trin. The service and hospitality could not be better. Tonight we came through near closing hours Nasia, Anna, Nalia were awesome to us. They went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect.
