I ordered a chicken blt. The chicken breast was small and dry. They tried to make up for the dryness by adding avocado cherry tomatoes and shredded lettuce. I asked for a cup of balsamic glaze to try and improve the flavor which they did oblige. After having less than half of the sandwich I informed the bartender “I’m sorry this sandwich is just not good” her response was “we have to do what we can with what we got” she asked if I wanted something different. I ended up going with the baked Brie sandwich which was leagues better. Rather than removing the original sandwich from my order they gave me. 30% discount on it. A 21$ sandwich replaced by a 14 dollar one and I paid for both??? Just go to a chilis. They have wine and while the food there isn’t good, if you’re not a fan they tend to comp the food item you replace. Very disappointed. Frequent flyer and I stop in Columbus a lot. I don't know if it is good or bad because nobody ever showed up to take our orders. We arrived at 6:40. Boards at 7:15 Going to grab anything that would be quick,then got to late for food after 20 minutes passed so Decided on a glass of wine. Had to give that idea up after another 10 minutes with nobody coming over. Staff was well aware that we were there but no service. Food - 1 Star - Do not order anything here it is absolutely gross.

Service - 4 Stars - The people are friendly. However I do not trust their judgement after they recommended the bruschetta. Taking them down a star for that, honesty pays in the end.
