DO NOT STAY HERE!! I don’t know what hotel everyone else was staying in that gave them great reviews but THIS is the room you will be getting when you stay here!!! Our family was involved in a car crash and needed a nice place to stay after we left from the hospital. The PICTURES ON THE GOOGLE PAGE AND SITE WILL HAVE YOU FOOLED until you get in the building. Our lyft driver told us they called the area “little haiti” because there are tons of Haitians walking around inside and outside of the building at all hours of the day and night. You can tell prostitutes were in the area bring them back to that hotel. Once we got in the room the place was covered in spider webs and our beds had spiders and bugs in them. The walls were just painted over concrete. Our bathroom was filthy!!! The toilet was held up by dirty and ply wood. The spot that holds the tissue roll was covered in caked up dirt and mold. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the seat. There was noooo way I was getting in that dirty bathtub!!! We paid over $100 bucks for the room. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

Have you ever seen the movie Joe's apartment yeah it's kinda like that with the roaches and a weird smell all through the place and worse in other places dirty sticky floors all through out the place did not stay and did get money back without argument but yeah do not recommend unless you have no other option our option is to sleep in car at truck stop parking lot and pay to shower at truck stop there the morning

Wow where do I start! My wife and I booked a room for the weekend to attend a concert in the area, we tried to get a hotel closer to the venue but they were all booked, so we continued to look online and through Expedia we found this hotel. Looking at pictures this was nice newly redone rooms the whole 9 yards. When we arrived that's when it started. We stood at the front desk for several minutes while the desk people Knowing we were there ignored us. Then we wanted to put the room on a different card They said we couldn't do it after we was told we could prior. Which told where a Room was drove around the building to find the doors wired open did not need to key card text as building not real safe. When we went into the Room we found cobwebs everywhere, bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned mold all over the tub, feces in the toilet, mold on the wall in the bathroom mold on the exterior walls, Snot on the headboard of the bed, The refrigerator looked like it was 30 years old and the top broken, The TV picture was very poor not to mention cable in-and-out you couldn't watch TV let alone the remote did not work for the TV and no back for. We cleaned the Room the best we could for the night because there was nowhere else to stay. Following morning went for Breakfast at the hotel that was not what they said it was We went to the desk to say something did not matter we went to store and purchased cleaning supplies returned and clean Room. We then went to the concert. When we returned After the counter the parking lot was packed because of a party At 1 of the hallsThere was no parking at the hotel I was told to hark at a restaurant down the road where I had no sight of my vehicle yet I was the one paying for the Room. Overall experience be aware you would think with the name of grand you would expect better I have stayed a better places a lot cheaper money not to mention looked like they rented...

Aside from the courteous reception at check in I have nothing good to say about this property.

The hotel itself appears to be an old run down Days Inn with a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. The whole place is wore out and carries a funky smell though out it including in the rooms. Many skeptical looking people wandering in and around the property making me wonder why the security doors do not work. No key? No problem. Just wander in to the hotel at your leisure.

The rooms are average size. A mini fridge and microwave are a nice touch but still don’t propel the room to any greatness. Things were surfaced cleaned at best. A thick layer of gunk on the exhaust vent and mystery stains on the bed skirt leads me to believe this place never really gets more than a quick wipe down. The bed was rather uncomfortable lined with 4 of the smallest and saddest excuses for pillows I’ve ever seen. When you have a king size bed you put king size pillows on it not pillows from a toddler bed.

Overall this was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I was just thankful we weren’t mugged and my car was still in the lot the next morning so we could leave ASAP. Had I not prepaid on Hotwire for this room I would have never checked in. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $20 for a nicer place in a nicer area. You’ll be...

Only gave it a 1 because I couldn’t choose 0. We booked a room for an out of town softball tournament. When we arrived, we could tell immediately it was in need of updating, and that it didn’t seem like the most “upscale” area. We could overlook that for a night. ||That was, until we got to our first room. We walked in and it was blistering hot. The a/c was running full force, but it was warm air. We called to see about it getting fixed or switching rooms, and didn’t even really take it in the fact the room wasn’t very clean. ||We get to the second room, and instantly my husband notices a bug. Not even sure what kind, but it was big and we took off. ||He tries once more and we get a third room. This one has live and dead roaches and bedbugs. ||We ran to the lobby, along with two other families from our team, who experienced the same things. ||The man at the desk didn’t even seem surprised and ran the refunds on our cards (which of course didn’t happen for several days). ||We were left feeling disgusted, stressed, and exhausted at close to midnight, trying to find another hotel in the area at a decent price. ||No reason that this place is still open. I wish I had come to Trip Advisor reviews before booking it. Obviously it’s been an issue for years. My husband reported them to the...
