Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Columbus

Well I was so excited to try this place as I’m here from Texas and also a content creator, I was excited to put this place on the platform . That all went down hill in seconds . As I walked in again I’ve never been here so I didn’t know how to order as the have steps 1,2,3 the employees were so unwelcoming and just stood their . I asked them how did people usually order coconut flavor and didn’t get an answer and was just given a sample . That’s not what upset me it was the fact that the blonde girl working had such a ugly attitude and stood their staring at me the entire time not being helpful at all when I was so confused on what was good to order , Like you could’ve been a little more helpful and recommend something especially when I asked for a recommendation on what people normally order . The guy was ok did some what try to help all he really said was you can sample anything. Other than that I will not be coming back . To the blonde girl you do not to be working in a place that requires customer service . Families come into places like this to enjoy themselves not to walk into a establishment with a dirty look / attitude , Save that for when your at home . We took my grandson to redeem a free treat card given to him by his school. Instead of us getting a free treat we were charged $1.08 for some sprinkles. I said nothing in this world is free. The manager said it would have been completely free if he ordered any other treat. This did not set right with me. I went back to the counter and explained to the manager that she charged us for sprinkles and it is included in the treat. I asked to see the coupon and discovered it had the school name on it. This manager assumed we stole the card, and I yelled at her we attend this school. This manager racially profiled us and charged us money when the school paid for the treat. The manager was rude and very judgmental. Racism is real. This manager was stealing 1.08 because she could not phantom in her mind my grandson attends...

I give this location two thumbs up and five stars. I traveled from Ohio to Peachtree, Georgia to experience this lovely ice cream with friends and family. But most of all I even got to meet the owners of this location. Very respectful need clean and organized. Continue to do an awesome job and I will continue to keep coming. But for everyone else.
