Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Very disappointed!!! My wife called the New Albany location several days prior to our child's birthday party to make arrangements for a party order. She was provided pricing and terms from an employee. The party budget was then planned with the pizza order price as quoted. The day of the party, we called to place the order as instructed, but we were told that the price quoted days earlier by the employee was provided erroneously. The manager, I believe his name was Joel, was very rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Though his employee made the mistake, he would not provide assistance. Thankfully another local pizza establishment was able to help us. We will never order From Jets again. Several family members and friend in New Albany also refuse to order from Jets again based on the disrespectful treatment we received. It is hard to imagine how a company can stay in business with managers that provide such terrible...

I Have been purchasing pizza from them for over five years. But today I ordered a pizza and breadsticks only to have the breadsticks delivered. When I called the facility And I was informed that I would have to wait another 45 to an hour to get my pizza and that is the best they were willing to do. Wait… What? No expedite for us? Nope. They could care less. I guess business is so good that the don’t need mine anymore. We called Donato’s and explained the situation and guess what… They said they would make us a priority to earn our business and would have a pizza within a half an hour! Now that’s customer service and they didn’t even screw up! Jets, you are losing a loyal customer. But then again the new Albany facility didn’t seem...

This was my Jet's experience. I ordered online, the site had an "oops" on processing the order. The money was removed from my bank account. I called the local store to confirm order and no order was pending at the location. I was told this happens all the time and to place an order again, and wait 3-5 days for a refund of the original transaction. So my option to eat is to get charged twice for one order tonight and HOPE it gets refunded. You took it out of my account you can refund it just as quick or I don't know, just fulfil the order? Reallity is Jet's just stole from me, so I will be disputing the charge tomorrow and never spending a dime at any...
