My fiancĂ© went in on Sunday, the 3rd, at around 1pm. The cashier was rude right off the bat. He asked to do a large sandwich with 2 drinks & a brownie to make it a combo. She said you had to get a chip to make it a combo, he said that he was able to do it in Gahanna just fine. She responded âWell thatâs not here!â like as if Jimmy Johnâs shouldnât be consistent across the board? Whatever, he didnât get the brownie. Then she threw, literally threw, the sandwiches into the bag, like the bread was torn up when I opened up the wrapping. He asked for the kicking ranches that he paid for & she threw them at him, could have spilled, but thankfully didnât. Got home & the order was wrong. We got a BLT with onion & cheese, how easy is that? No onion, no cheese, which not only didnât make the sandwich as good, but Iâm sure we were up-charged for it & didnât even get it. I will have to leave a negative review here as a warning to others. The people making the sandwich absolutely had to see that this was bad and went ahead and served it to me anyways. A ton of negative reviews for this location. I would avoid it.

Update 9/7/23: I did contact JJs via facebook messenger and got no response. Although I kind of expected that as it didn't really look like they cared when they made my sandwich so figured it would be a similar experience on FB. The management team here does not care about assisting its guests first but instead wanting to be right. I wanted a catering order and because they didnât have bread they refused to work with me on a partial order or even assist me in any kind of way.
