Beware of this KFC after 3 horrible experiences I've decided not to go back anymore, first time they forgot my biscuits not a big deal, another time I inquired about the new chicken sandwich I asked the cashier is it cooked to order as the commercial incidcated she said yes,at that point I ordered one when I pulled up to the window she had it in a bag I asked her did she cook it to order as I requested she stated yes it cooks really fast; I asked her was she sure because I was going to check she again stated yes. When I opened the sandwich it was old and dry (hard on the edges) I went back to drive thru and asked for a manager he then tells me the fryer's were shut down for the night and offered me a chicken strip sandwich I let him know I came only for the new advertised chicken sandwich and would like a refund, he tells me he couldn't give me a refund I'd have to come back tomorrow, the third and final time was 3days ago when my family chicken pack was very dark as if it was burned I again went back to drivethru and let him (manager) know it was very dark and old looking he then tells me it's because the new grease hadn't come in yet. I then asked for a refund and again was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. I called the next day asked for a manager the guy I spoke with wouldn't even give me his name he stated he was general manager and doesn't have to give me his name, I told him again I only needed it so I would know who it was I was taking to. He told me to call corporate office and tell them I stated that's fine could I please have the phone number he told me to Google it. this is why I'm warning anyone considering going to this location to beware of what could be a nightmare going to get an...
Read moreSo I ordered through the KFC app. I chose delivery. It brought up this store. I was watching for the status of the delivery. It said my driver was having a hard time finding my house. I texted the driver on what to look for. Then I got a update saying that it handed to me. Went outside and nothing was there. I talked to Doordash 3 different times. First person I talked to asked me if would like a refund or reordered. I said reordered. I was waiting on the text to say it was coming. I got nothing. I called Doordash again they said I had to call the store where the order was coming from. All it did was ring and ring then eventually hung up. I tried calling that store a total of 10 times. No one picked up. So I went there and the lot lights weren't on. I went up to the speaker. I told them what happened they brought up my order. They said they couldn't remake it since it was already made and they couldn't give me a refund, that I would have to be in contact with where it was placed. Even though when I ordered through the app it gave me this location. Now I ordered from another store about a month ago and the Doordash delivery was on a bike and someone stole my food. I called that store the order was coming from and they gave me a refund. This crew working there tonight is awful no customer service and should all be fired. They are just lazy by having no lot lights on when they are supposed to be open. They all need...
Read moreI'm a firefighter/emt. I was working and exhausted today... just wanted something to eat. My partner and I stopped in between runs to grab a bite to take on the move, but had to go inside to order bc the ambulance is to large for the drive thru. I placed my order with a young man at the front for some nuggets and fries and drink. I stated, "can I get the fries large?" A woman who was standing beside the young man (who worked in the back), stated, "We don't upsize, this ain't Mc Donald's." (With a whole attitude as if i told her to go harvest me a potato, peel it, and cut it... fresh) My reply was, "I know how to read. I know this isn't Mc Donald's, was that necessary?" The disrespect and the comfortability of it was so telling. This woman, I can tell gets away with being disrespectful to folk bc I think people are afraid to say anything back to her. Well, I'm not done yet. I will make sure I get a hold of a manager tomorrow and make a complaint with their corporate head quarters bc she was just a little to comfortable with her disrespectful response. A simple, "we can't up charge," or "we don't have that option," is perfectly fine. But since folk feel the need to throw in digs, enuendos, and be extra, I'll carry the...
