Lepoma's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Columbus

I am adding this review for my sister. Her first time visiting and it was not a great experience. She came and ordered a small beef and pepperoni pizza. When the guy fixed her pizza she was so disappointed. She barely had any meat on it. She asked the guy why there wasn't any meat and he said the company policy won't allow to give a lot of meat and that now they have to ration the amount of meat they put on pizza. My sister said that if she knew Lepoma's was rationing out meat she would have went somewhere else. She ask the guy if he could add alittle more meat and he said he would have to charge me. Then the same guy took her receipt off the front of the pizza box and threw it in the trash. She then told him that she wanted her receipt. He printed her off another one. My sister noticed on the receipt that he put down small cheese pizza and added for $2 pepperoni and ground beef. She never ask for cheese pizza. Wow, when we were new to area and I recommended this place to my co-workers..Never again!! the manager was beyond rude and condescending. I choose cash pay for my online order as I've always done, he called to say they couldn't make our pizza until it was paid for. I said I've never had to do this before, I have a gift card how do I enter it (there isn't an option online) he told me I couldn't use my gift card because I was using a reward coupon and it was double dipping? I paid for the gift card (double dipping???). I tried to find out when their "rules" changed and he basically said you want the order or not. I gave him my credit #, my husband upon hearing my end of conversation said cancel it we'll go somewhere else, the manager said really you want to cancel order you just paid for, I said yes and I want the charge on my card reversed. I can't believe in the this day and age when we are trying to support our local businesses and a "Manager" would be so rude. We ordered our pizza elsewhere...

Wow! This place went from the best pizza place in town to a bad shadow of the former establishment. Ordered our pizza for dine in (pepperoni, bacon, and onion) and when we were called for pick-up it was lacking the pepperoni. They offered to put pepperoni on the pizza and put it back in the oven, but we asked for it to be remade from the start. When it was ready it was brought to the table in a box. Not a major problem as we normally take half home. There was no AC in the restaurant, the tables were all dirty, and so was all the silverware. When the 2nd pizza arrived we asked for forks and knives and were delivered dirty forks but no knives. We were given a free appetizer of garlic knots while the 2nd pizza was being prepared, but sadly they were disgusting. I’m unaware of what happened with the former crew, but if I owned this restaurant I would do whatever was necessary to get it back to the way...
