Sadly, I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again. Ordered a delivery for a pep pizza, waited over an hour, then was notified that the order was canceled “by DoorDash”. Went in to the store to try and see if maybe there was some miscommunication, which I understand happens. Waited upwards of 30+ in the store to even get up to the counter because of how backed up it was. I was informed there was nothing they could do about my order and that I’d have to contact DoorDash. No mention of a refund from the store, and a new order could not be made. This seemed a little odd to me, as DoorDash never showed a record of my order to begin with (as the order was never placed through DoorDash; I ordered right from LC’s website). Did some research and apparently Little Caesar’s across the board are notorious for either cancelling orders because they are late and disposing of them, or simply don’t fulfill the order and notify customers that the order “got taken but must’ve never been delivered”, essentially putting the blame on DoorDash. Quite a few folks were waiting for in store pick up orders that were late by over 40 minutes. Honestly not the end of the world, it’s just pizza. However, I would just be wary of ordering from here. Read moreI, as many other people were told by a Cashier that my order will be ready in 15-20 minutes so I decided to order and patiently wait. That was a terrible decision to trust a Cashier. I have been waiting for 74 minutes=one hour and 14 minutes. Team on sorting orders was very disorganized, no team work at all, no helping each other, no sense of urgency from a Cashier! The saddest part that Cashier was still keep telling new coming people a wrong estimate waiting time of 15-20 minutes, basically not telling the truth. Many people were disappointed because they trusted Cashier and they had to wait more than one hour, so many of them had to give up their orders. So Cashier came up with idea to make a separate line for people who gave up to wait more than one hour and proceed with their refunds. I feel bad for people who had to waist their time. Yes you can make a refund for orders but what about a refund for our waisted waiting time? Why you don't tell the true estimate time at the beginning? Sorry, never coming again. Think twice before you decide to come to this place....
Read moreI give them a 3 simply because most of the employees I’ve encountered here are very very nice! I hardly ever write reviews about anything especially complaining reviews! I’m typically pretty easy going.. however, I learned awhile ago, living only a few minutes from this location, that any time I’ve come in here in the past 3 years, they have never once had a hot n ready pizza actually ready. And I come in here a lot! Because of my personality I never complained I’ve always patiently waited and got my food. Months ago, I started calling in ahead to make sure my pizza would be hot n ready. Today.. I’m in quite a hurry and called ahead of course like I’ve been doing, ordered my food and they told me 10-15 minutes. I arrive 10-15 minute later to them telling me they don’t have such an order. I said called 15 minutes ago.. she said nope it’s not in here. So now I had to order again and wait another supposed 10 minutes. I am done going to...
