Ordered 2chili dogs and a small fry. This is a picture of the fries I received. Chili dog buns are tough like they’ve been microwaved. Originally ordered lobster bites and fish but someone called and said they didn’t have that so just added another dog and some fries. The place I ordered from is less than 5 minutes from where I work but it took almost an hour to arrive. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews.

THIS WAS THE WORSE ESTABLISHMENT IVE EVER BEEN TO. they swiped my card and then when i said i no longer wanted that bc they didn’t have what i ordered, they denied giving me a refund. The inside was filthy and the workers cursed at me multiple calling me a “broke b!tch” since i wanted a refund. The GM is pictured and is named Tony i believe, she wouldn’t tell me her name but this lady needs to be fired!! 0/10

Over cooked and burnt. 1st time was the chicken and biscuits, this time the fish, chicken and hushpuppies. The woman working the the drive thru is over paid and needs a lesson on how to talk to customers. Need a regional manager to check into this location.

I don’t like to complain about restaurants because I worked in the food business and know how it is but this place is ridiculous. More specifically the “RGM” who wouldn’t tell me her name when I asked politely. I received the wrong order in the drive-through and didn’t realize it until I got home. Not a huge deal but I make it a rule not to get my meal replaced, especially at a place like this. All I wanted was a refund but since I used Apple Pay, I couldn’t get one because the machine would not read it for the refund transaction. Was told absolutely no cash refunds and I “can just stand there all day or take a replacement meal.” So unprofessional. You would think that having absolutely no five star reviews, and mostly one stars that corporate would change some thing with this store but...

I've giving this particular store location so many chances,well I'm done. I've tried to give chance after chance no more. They never have fresh food , fresh biscuits, or hush puppies. Actually they never have any available. And it will be 15 minutes to get any.I spent 8.00 on Monday and got 3 piece WHITE MEAT meal. My biscuit was over cooked and hard as a rock. No hush puppies available. But the kicker is for2 days I've been so sick. It started 20 minutes after consuming my food. I did order all white meat and got 2 thighs,and a wing. Mashed potatoes that had a weird taste. I'm sorry but I just want good food,not toget sick with diarrhea and upset belly for 2 days.I don't think that was nor is to much to ask. Avoid...

1 star is to high of a rating every single Long John Silvers I have been to in the last few months is absolutely horrible an KFC as far as that goes today I went to today was the one on Georgesville rd first thing I politely asked for tartar sauce and vinegar and didn't get it second thing I was told to pull up and wait on my food I was waiting on fish so I waited about 15 minutes before my food came so then I get home with it and the breading on the chicken and the fish stuck out the sides and was so hard and crunchy we could barely eat it not to mention the hush puppies were hard as a brick the fries were ok and the cole slaw was great I guess I will have to go buy my own fish and use the air fryer because they don't seem to...
