Absolutely garbage. Ordered it once years ago on Uber eats and it was completely inedible. Got on the app again tonight and they're on there under a different name of "falafel factory" and I didn't catch it until my food was already delivered. Their hummus has no flavor and comes with a layer of blended up pickled green chilis on top. So gross. I ordered a gyro wrap and it arrived and it wasn't gyro meat, it was rancid smelling meat patties. It wasn't a wrap, it was stuffed inside of a pita. And usually a gyro has simple lettuce and tomato, maybe some onion. This has a heap of raw onions., Pickles red cabbage, and pickles slices with a sauce that smells like it was made with every piece of produce in the entire building. No idea how anyone could give this place any stars. Couldn't even begin to eat the food. Had to throw it out all the way to the dumpster so my house...

Had a really bad experience recently with their customer service. We have gone multiple times. Each time, we have been able to use the coupons available on their website just by showing it on our phone. Today my husband went it to pick up a sandwich and the owner wouldn't honour the coupon. He said too many people are using the coupons and now we have to print them out to show them. Thats ridiculous. Pita Hut needs to come up with a better system if they don't want people to use what has been provided via their own website. Like I said, we have gone multiple times and its pretty bad when repeat customers are treated poorly. Also, they are inconsistent with their serving sizes. Sometimes we get decent servings of meat in our Gyros and other times, nope, not even close. Please fix the level of customer service. The food is good, but being treated badly is...

So, I stopped in for lunch today, I've eaten here before and although on the high end for lunch, it's always been good. First, person was on the phone and I never knew when he was asking me and when he was dealing with the phone, then got another call and was complaining loudly in some language. Put my food in to-go although I was eating there. I got the cauliflower salad, which after I ate the cauliflower, olives and canned mushrooms, half of the container was full of onions. The tabbouli, I took one bite and that was it, it smelled and tasted of solid vinegar, looked fresh but smelled off. Staff was on the phone again upset with someone so I just tossed my trash and left. Sorry I added two bucks for tip, didn't even get a hello or goodbye. Fourteen dollars and change for a cold hard seat, lots of onions. I can do better at...

Late night gyros are extra yummy, and the guys that run this place work their butts off to make it for the night owl customers who formed a line almost out the door to get some! Service was marvelous and these guys provided us with everything we asked for, and all with a smile (at 10:30pm, no less!!). We had to wait for quite a while to get our food which came out hot but could have been a bit more seasoned. The hummus was just decent, the baba ganoush was a bit bland, the tzatziki sauce was also a bit underseasoned. The spinach pie is made with a pastry crust, NOT phyllo, which made it underwhelming, but the falafel was a standout. I wouldn't come out all this way to visit, as there's plenty of excellent Greek/Mediterranean food out my way, but it's worth visiting if you're in the area late. Prices were very reasonable also!

This place is a nice cozy fast food type restaurant. You will love everything here you order. "Platters" on the menu are something you should try as it has three types of sides like hummous, babaghanoush, cauliflower salad etc along with main course such as falafel or shawarma or gyros. Small and humble place but almost everything here is flavorful and you will surely like it. I have been told by some of middle eastern friends that the falafels here are close enough to how they use to get back home. One more cool thing i tried was Kibbeh(made up of Ground Beef). Also prices are reasonable and quantity is value for money.

Place is alright. Very clean from what I could see which was nice. But the food you get doesn't quite match the price in my mind. There are some things here that are fantastic like their fries fresh are great and their falafel is also great but I was unimpressed with the Gyro. The meat was a little overcooked and tough, which I like some crispy bits but not on all of my meat. So on the whole the food wasn't bad but I don't think it's worth 9 dollars descent spot but I think there are other places you can get something a little better for what you pay for.
