Brenz Pizza Co. Graceland — Restaurant in Columbus

Finally got around to trying Brenz since they took over the space the Clean Eatz previously occupied. It’s a very modern setup now, with a little interior seating and some patio seating as well. Great customer service and the online ordering made things easy. Lots of great prearranged pizzas to choose from with pictures for those of us who eat with our eyes. I signed up for their online rewards program and thankfully they send out the occasional coupon since this is definitely on the pricer side of pizza. I tried the Rustic in a personal size. It looked great and the corner pieces tasted great but the middle pieces were a bit undercooked in the middle. Next time I may ask for a well done cook. Otherwise i enjoyed it and the ingredients were definitely high quality. Thicker then I expected with good crust. I’ll be back to try...

Cashier that had taken my order was very patient as I was taking a bit to order because it was my first time. The front staff seemed friendly. The manager I think had brought out the food when it was done to me because he saw that me and my wife were taking care of our baby. I appreciated that. The pizza was surprisingly really delicious. The reason I was surprised is usually these little hipster joints are usually ok. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and the sauce was so good. No complaints at all. The wings were not my favorite though. No fault of the cooks or anything just wasn’t a on the same level of the pizza. It was mostly the texture of the wing. Something out of their control. This is my first time trying this pizza place that just opened very recently, and OMG is so good. They have a number of specialty pizzas, but you can also customize your own, which is what I did for 1 of my pies. So fresh, pipping hot, and the flavors marry very well. The pie crust is so soft like a pillow.

The restaurant decor is inviting with the smells of fresh baking bread as you walk by and super chill. Seating is available if you need to indulge right now.
