BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

Bibibop is a great restaurant for anyone who may have dietary restrictions or if you are just looking for a great meal. This location on High Street is very spacious and offers a wide variety of seating. Despite there being a steep staircase upon entering the restaurant, there is a wheelchair accessible ramp on the right side of the building if needed. The menu is large and posted behind the counter for the convenience of the customer. This being one of my favorite spots in the Columbus area, I have visited many times and the staff has always been very friendly and polite. Since parking in front of the building is somewhat limited, there are carry out and online order options available for convenience. Not only is this restaurant accessible for those who may need physical accommodations, but it also appropriate for those with dietary restrictions. Never been to bibibop, always wanted to try it since moving to Columbus. Tonight I arrived there little before 9 and was the last customer of the night. I told the girl working the counter it was first time and asked questions about the menu and how the process worked. Her only response was "you pick your base." She looked at me like she was not interested in serving me and answering my questions about the menu. I still ordered my food but her stank attitude putting my bowl together turned my hunger into a attitude myself. I still purchased my food still hoping the food would out weigh the lack of customer service. I took my food to car where I had a few bites and was not satisfied. Her horrible customer service tonight tainted appetite and my view of this establishment. I will not be visiting this location ever again possibly bibibop as a franchise as well. Horrible...

I would have given them 5 stars because their food is great, they were really fast, and their service was amazing other than one thing. I am just really agitated right now because when I got to the end they didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce or anything and I asked the guy at the counter a few times for extra yum yum sauce. I'm not sure if he didn't hear me or what but I looked away to pull up my app for points. I thought he put it on because he had bagged my order up but I got home and he didn't put any on it. I had to run out and spend extra money to buy some from the store because I never get BIBIBOP without sauce because I personally think it's just too dry.
