Pay close attention to how much you're being charged. McDouble & small fries are on the 2 for $3.00 value menu, I was charged $2.99 for the burger, $1.99 for the fries. Also drinks are any size $1, I was charged $1.59 for a med drink. I didn't really think much of the total at the time I paid, but when I got home and really looked at my receipt, I said "hold up". I will say that the food was fresh & hot, the food I received was correct, the drive thru was fast service and the people at the windows were friendly. I just wish I wasn't overcharged for my order. Would be more stars if I wasn't overcharged.
Edit: Guess it depends on what day/time you go if you'll get good service or bad service. Today (5/23/24) the service was so bad I most likely won't return.
Don't bother buying the new "Grandma McFlurry". It's half a small cup of ice cream with syrup on top, not even a McFlurry and McDonald's has the nerve to charge $4 for that. Read moreHad to wait a long time to place our order. One reason was because the customer ahead of us had 5 children and the children and the adults had no ideal what they wanted. I can understand that, and look over it. But I can not understand why there was ONLY ONE person taking orders while other people were putting away stock. And I can not accept the fact they were doing this while it was so busy. Also don't understand WHY someone from the dining area, who is an employee, was giving directions on how to do this or that, plus telling them what cup to use, instead of what the young man was going to use. Either there needs to be more training, or more hands on deck. I don't think it was right that the people behind the counter or scattering around like a bunch of ants. Don't think stock should you put away in the middle of lunch. Don't think more employees needs to be on break or lunch during lunch hour. This store needs more training. My order was wrong and I kept giving my receipt back to them to show them it was wrong because the guy in the window told me the two managers he was getting assistance from didn't understand. What??? I ordered a medium milkshake not a large, I asked for tartar sauce (also on the receipt), I asked for the drink that was missing from my meal and the chicken nuggets I ordered. Not very confusing but they didn't understand what I was talking about. Again I had the receipt to show them while I was still at the window. I never left. All the while I can see one of the managers just running her mouth with an attitude.
