By far the poorest quality fast food exsperinces I have ever had in my 32 years come from this location. The employees are the rudest, most disrespectful, angry, and careless people I have ever encountered in the service industry. I tried for weeks to be courteous and polite to these people. Telling myself that this location in a bad part of town probably made their job difficult and unforgiving. I always made sure to say please and thank you. I always addressed the employees as sir or ma'am. I tried to engage them in positive and light conversation. Unfortunately, it was for nothing becuase their attitudes never changed. These employees are just rude, disrespectful, and uninviting. They never smile. They never say thank you or your welcome when you thank them. They act as if your money is a major inconvenience for them and pretty much ignore you even if you are trying your hardest to be polite and positive. I cannot fathom that this location would remain open if any McDonald's corporate heads were to witness their complete lack of professionalism and outright negative attitudes.
I realize that I sound very self righteous and stuck up by making these comments but I tried for dozens of visits to be positive and give them the benifit of the doubt. Yet time and time agian, the same employees multiple times, proved to me that they have the worst customer service and attitudes I have ever exsperinced.
As if all of this was not enough to discourage people from coming to this location the food itself will. In the same dozens of orders and times I went here maybe two or three times was my order actually correct. Even small orders of three or four items cannot be correctly assembled here. The food itself often is gross. Cold, not cooked properly, or old.
My advice is to stay far far away from this location. It should be closed, burned to the ground, and the ground salted and laced with anthrax so nothing and no one can ever come here agian. WORST FAST FOOD...
Read moreI recently visited the drive-through for a late-night meal and was disappointed by the experience. Several employees were outside on a break and refused to take my order, even laughing as I waited. I understand the importance of breaks, but they must be managed in a way that doesn’t disrupt service or inconvenience customers. Having the entire team step away at once not only impacts operations but also leads to lost revenue and a poor guest experience.
Even if there was a legitimate reason for not taking orders at that moment. Such as resetting the system for the next business day due to the store being open 24 hours. It’s essential to communicate with customers. A simple explanation like, “We’re temporarily unable to take orders due to a system reset,” would have been far more appropriate. Leaving customers sitting in line without any communication, while laughing at them, is simply unacceptable.
I also noticed other cars waiting, with one guest sitting at the window for an extended time, seemingly unaware of what was going on. This kind of mismanagement not only hurts OEPE and labor metrics but also reflects poorly on the store’s reputation.
I hope improvements are made to ensure every customer has a positive experience. McDonald’s is known for fast, friendly service, and every guest should feel appreciated and valued. It's not just about grabbing a meal. It’s about the experience that keeps people coming back. The Golden Arches represent more than just food, they stand for a place where customers should always leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. Let’s make sure we continue living up to that promise. One...
Read moreVery poor customer service! They often mess up your order then get mad at you for coming back to point out their fault after you've given them your hard earned money. I have been living in this area for 2 years and this is the closest McDonald's to my residence in Bexley. Truthfully 90% of the time I've visited (which is a lot because I have teens who think they can live off McDonald's) my order has been wrong and when I return I have never heard anyone apologize to me for their fault. They will fix your order with a nasty attitude as if you did something wrong. No matter how nice you approach them they make you pull up like you are holding their drive thru up. I have recently started giving them attitude back and not pulling up. Any time someone has paid you already for services you failed to surrender I believe you should make them your priority. If your drive thru time clock is more important than the money I just gave u for food you didn't give me then we have a issue. That issue is Poor Customer service. ☹️ Fix it please. It's not always about what you do but how you do it. Hope it gets better. Some strengths they have is drive through is fairly quick (despite the mistakes) and food is okay once you get it the way you ordered and paid for it. I've noticed that the orders are right on the receipt most times. Something happens between the preparer and the server at the second window idk. Maybe they sling ur food down the line so fast that pieces of food fly off.🤔ijs. BTW my review is based on multiple visits in the last 2 years not just one...
