This McDonald's has lost me as a costumer. Zero stars is my rating. I ordered from the drive through a #3 asked if it could be done as a special order. Paid for my order thinking that it would be made the way I asked but found that it wasn't so I had went inside to have it remade. When asked what was wrong i explained by detail what i had asked in the drive through and explained that I think the person just didnt really hear me well and I expressed that i was sorry about asking to have it remade. Spent a little over 40 minutes waiting for it to be remade 4 times. During which I was told to not order the #3 and the 4th time was given just a quarter pounder during which I asked if I was able to have a refund of the difference in the cost of the sandwich and apologized for asking but expressed that I just didn't feel like trying to get what I ordered to which the employees were pretty upset with me and one of which yelled we can't do a refund we will just have to make another patty and do the order the right way. After they finally did the order right I got told that I never told them what I wanted my order to actually in which I replied to the person that I had told them what I asked for. The person then replied and said no you didn't and well I must of not heard you then. I honestly didn't appreciate the service in the slightest and found it a bit rude of them. They acted as if it was a problem to simple make a order the way the customer wanted. There quite the commotion with some saying how it was ridiculous and that they can't keep fixing the order. As I've expressed in the building I am sorry. I get I must of been a inconvenience for you all but I simple just wanted what I had ordered and paid for. There was no need for the rudeness or attitude when you all were the one who messed up the order 4 times and tried to give me the wrong sandwich. I don't like conflict but I dont like having to express several times politely for the right order. So officially I am no longer coming back to your business. I pray you all go back to training on how to interact...
Read moreSo, I went here on a whims because I was walking to pick up my car, and figured "let's try again". This is because most experiences at McD's have been terrible in my adult life, and I only eat fastfood in desperation of time. But I digress.. I tried to take advantage of their 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich deal, but they couldn't figure it out because I asked for scrambled egg as opposed to the cookie cutter blob, and not only this, I taught the cashier that they actually offer scrambled egg! Yes, you do!! It doesn't end there folks, oh no.. I then decided to try the top of the crop, the Big Mac. I ordered my sandwich with tomato and extra pickles. I got a burger with no lettuce, one blob of mac sauce with ONE pickle in it. Literally, the top half was just bun. Take that middle bun off, i was looking at a Crappy Patty; one pickle dead in the center with a very small blob of sauce. They didn't even give me my tomato... You'd think that this saga ended here, guess again.when I brought this "sandwich" back, the cashier acknowledged my discern as much she could, though I questioned whether or not she was sober the whole time. Then, the manager, a seemingly nice older lady with short gray hair, explains that "they're Mexicans back there, sometimes they get confused". I'm sorry, do I have something painted on my face saying I side with you and Top Orange Trump?!? I gave that lady a piece of my mind, and told her that mindsets like that are more than likely why we have such issues in our world today. I also told her that her horrendous management skills more than likely explained the absurd line in her store with only 3 people in the drive through line. Pathetic. Stay away from this location. Read moreWe go to this McDonald’s a lot and always seem to have a problem. I never call and complain, I’m usually not the type. Tonight I spent my last $12 on 4 $3 bundles, 3 w burgers and one w nuggets, the sandwiches were completely soggy, special instructions weren’t followed. My kids and husband didn’t mind but I couldn’t eat mine so I called to see if I could get just ONE of the $3 bundles replaced so I could actually eat tonight. I called for over half an hour and then when they finally answered the female manager who answered the phone was very rude and told me even tho I had the receipt I needed the burger to get it replaced… I said I just sat on hold for 30 mins so I fed it to my dog??? I have the receipt and I didn’t think it would be a problem. I said we just came through like an hour ago so why is this a problem? She basically yelled at me and told me to hold, when she came back she said she could do it w just the receipt. But at this point, I have social anxiety and it had already taken a lot for me to call in the first place so I just went hungry instead of having to face the lady who was so rude to me on the phone.
