We had an issue at this particular location because when we were picking up our order in the drive for thru we overheard the lady in the window say to the other associate "what do you want me to tell them about the donuts," which prompted us to ask the question, 'is everything here/do I have everything?' and she said, "yes as far as I know, yes." So we went back over to our tractor trailer to pull out the food to eat only to find out that the donuts were not even with the order. My boyfriend had to get out and go back to the drive thru window to ask about the donuts and someone else was at the window and he had to explain that we didn't get the donuts we ordered to this new guy. This person seemed more helpful than the other lady because he actually told us that the Boston cream donuts were sold out, but that they had the second donut I had ordered. My boyfriend chose another donut and was able to get my other donut, but this whole back and forth problem wouldn't have happened if the first associate would have just told us they were sold out of Boston cream donuts in the first place rather than not serving donuts at all.
The rest of the food we ordered was decent, but I do wish they had actually put the spicy maple syrup more evenly on the spicy maple bacon sandwiches we ordered. I didn't taste the syrup on half of the sandwich. Plus I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake donut (glad I was actually able to try it lol) it was soft, fresh...
Read moreAs this particular location is convenient from my house on my way to work, and the fact that my wife enjoys Tim Hortons coffee, we pretty much are there every morning. However, the customer service at the front counter is slow with mostly unpleasant workers manning it. They seem to act like you are a nuisance when you ask for a sleeve or even an extra napkin. The machines seem to always be broken down. The donut selection never changes and the ones that do sell are always out. The breakfast sandwiches are always cold and not even slightly warm. The coffee "taste" changes from day to day as if they mix the blends together or don't clean the pots frequently. A few times we have gotten coffee that tastes burned. There are always "beggers" lurking inside. A few of the ladies go the extra mile so to speak but unfortunately the majority of the morning crew seems uninviting and at times very rude. On weekends my wife and I frequent another Time Hortons farther from our home just to get better coffee and service. Several times recently I even get the wrong mixtures even though we order the same coffee every time. ( which I didn’t know because they’ve never said that to me and I go there every morning ) well I said I can go around 3 times and she ignored me so I asked her if I should and she ignored me again so I asked a 3RD TIME & she said well fix it right here, and then Looked at another employee and told that employee not to give me no more coupons, well when you use coupons you get more & I mentioned that and the manager Faye ignored me and shut the window so I asked if I could talk to the manager a total of 10 times, 3 different employees came to the window and said she doesn’t want to talk to you and one of the employees by the name of Eric smashed my fingers in the window and cussed me out and told me to leave ! I got everything on video if they try to ever say different. Overall love that Tim Hortons never ever had issues there before .
