This McDonald's is extremely unprofessional and its leadership prejudice and extremely dramatic in the mornings. I was a regular for a year at this McDonald's checking my bank statements it looks like on average I spent $600 a month at this location between myself and family. I came in one day sat down to finish a conversation on my laptop with the intent to eat lunch a very disrespectful and rude Asian lady I'm assuming a manager or supervisor told me if I wasn't ordering I had to leave I guess not realizing I was a frequent regular at this location I assured her that I would definitely order just needed to finish up a quick conversation and that you know me I'm good for it. Well the lady quickly tells me that she doesn't know anybody and that I need to order or leave. I looked at her realizing that maybe she was having a bad day and said sure I'll order no problem just give me a second and she immediately went behind the counter and called the police?!.. and gave them my description before I can even get up an order. So I ordered some food and went back to my seat what's my receipt and finished working on my laptop later head manager came in and they were eyeballing me in pointing the whole time I'm thinking she was clearing up the situation however I was indeed wrong two police officers showed up shortly after I approached the officers to see if everything was okay because I saw that the officers were also looking at me the officers informed me that they were saying that I wasn't supposed to be here and that I needed to leave I was sure they made a mistake because they claim that I wasn't a paying customer I begin to record at that moment what was going on brought the officers back to my seat where my receipt was right next to my laptop debunking their allegations the officers noticed that indeed was a paying customer I notified the head manager to see my receipt instead of writing the wrong I was still escorted out by the two officers believe it was a clear sign for me to never eat McDonald's again. I called the corporate number over a week ago what's my lawyer and they have not called...
Read moreIf I could give this location a negative 100 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here go down the street to the location at 6122 Cleveland Ave. You will spend 10 dollars less as well. Here is what happened tonight. I left the McDonalds location on Dublin and Granville tonight in tears. Every time I go over there in which live down the street, the incompetent employees act like they cannot take an order in drive through. that is more than two items. Then they want to call you names and loud mouth like your the problem. Like you can't hear them. Tonight PROVED my point!! It's not me, it's that TERRIBLE LOCATION!! Left and went to the McDonalds location down Cleveland Ave by O Charlies and Home Depot. IT was like Night and Day, I could not believe it. The Gentleman who took my order was so PROFESSIONAL at this location it was breath taking and well appreciated. I said my order to him only 1 time and no problems what so ever. The same thing I tried to order at the other location. I also found out that the other location on Dublin Granville was over charging me for my food. At the Cleveland Ave location directions above I paid more than 10 dollars LESS. Are you kidding me, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT TASTING FOOD THAT IS ACTUALLY MADE CORRECTLY AND SERVED HOT, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, means the world to me on a not so great day. I will now take my business and money to the new McDonalds location on 6221 Cleveland Ave. Manager was also Outstand and the Gentleman who took the money. I just can't believe how it's the same company and the service was so out of this world. I can't say enough GOOD things about...
Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. My mum is an RN therefore an essential worker. She was on her way back from a 12 hour shift and went to order the thank you meal promotion and presented them with her work ID. Her place of work does not have pictures IDs because of safety reasons. The McDonalds workers demanded to see a work picture ID (even though on the terms and conditions on the meal, it requires a valid ID it does not say a valid picture ID). She had been to this location a few days prior to order the thank you, and had no issues. My mum then showed them her driver’s license to show that her name matched. Then the manager had the audacity to say she would call the police on my mother. For what exactly? The managers name is Kalin. My mum did nothing wrong and then waited in the parking lot of almost a hour for the police to come so she could explain what happened. She then asked when the police would get here and the workers said the police said it wasn’t a big issue for them to come out. Of course it wasn’t! With everything going on in the world right now why would they waste police time on this? And what was their end goal? For my mum to get arrested for the free food the restaurant offered? So we would have one less essential worker available? The entire staff were rude but especially the manager. It was unneeded and that location needs to...
