l ordered curbside pickup on the app and there were some connectivity issues by the time I had arrived at the store. My bank said that I had paid, but the store never got my order. A manager in training (Sonya, I think) came to help me. I ordered again and it went thru (I’ve paid twice at this point). She then tried to help me figure out how to get refunded payment. After a while we both gave up and l asked to just have the order remade since I had paid for it. She said she couldnt give refunds but would go ask the manager if it could be remade. She went inside but never came back. When I went inside after waiting for 30 minutes, she said to her coworkers when they called for her that she had told me theres nothing she could do. So she left me outside waiting with no intention to come back. Bianca, the store manager, came to the lobby to help me get in contact with someone who could help. That person, name unknown, informed me that the charge would drop from my bank statement within 5-15 days. Had Sonya not blatantly lied and hung me out to dry, I wouldn't be upset. She specifically told me she would go ask and that she would be right back. After 10 minutes of waiting I had a feeling she wouldnt come back bc she had asked me if I was really gonna go this far for a four dollar refund. Four dollars may not be much to a lot of people. But as I explained to her Im between jobs and only used the app bc l needed a deal. I hope when she does finish her training and manages another store in town that she doesnt make the same choices with the customer base there. That’s now how a manager should be. I can truly understand what she meant when I spoke to her but at the same time I was very clear with my order. So I went to this location which I have not eaten at in maybe six years, solely due to I was in the area was coming off a 13 hour shift and was headed home. I pulled in drive-thru to give my order just like this: I would like the (think its 6)#6 fillet fish meal with 3 extra slices of cheese on my fillet and sweet tea for the drink, that will be it. The young lady repeats the order but I only see extra cheese. I say, "Do you have the 3 extra slices of cheese on the fillet"? She states, "yes, I am going to let them know". I state, "thank you". She tells me my total and I pull around. Long story short. I get my meal start to drive see a nugget box, I'm like I did not order nuggets. I put it to the side. I stop open my sandwich and of course only a half slice of cheese, then fillet is hard and chewy on the sides. So I'm starving and half way home by now. I eat through it. Get home open the nugget box before I throw it away. I cannot make this up, it is 3 pieces of cold a** cheese laying in the box. I was floored. I called and talked to the manager she explained that some people order differently at that location and like their cheese on the side. Read moreWent there this morning, the drive through was busy. The first lane, the cars were moving pretty fast. Unfortunately, I was in the second lane and whoever was taking orders in that lane would take an order and then wait a few minutes before taking another. There were 4-5 cars in the first lane going through for every car in the second. By the time I had placed my order, I had been in that line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me in my line. By the time I do finally got to the window to get my food, I waited almost 5 minutes before they came and asked me to pull into a parking spot. I had only ordered 2 breakfast meals and am not late for work. I asked how much longer it would be as I need to get to work, I don’t have time to wait much longer. I can just take a refund and be on my way. The super sweet lady in the drive thru asked some lady named Bianca how much longer I would be and this Bianca lady came out and started yelling at me and throwing her hands up.
