McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

Ive had multiple issues with this one. Whether it be the wrong drink, communication issues, its always something and they are now one I'm going to avoid going to. Today I had an issue where I gave a code for an item, the code was repeated to me and was rang up on the board. The lady at the register gave a couple items on the order to make sure it was the right one, I paid, the amount was correct. Recieved no receipt.

Get to the second window and the drink size is wrong, she gives the correct one. I look in the bag and half the order is missing because apparently instead of having the code on there the register person just subtracted the item once I drove around. The person didn't seem happy about going to get the item, it took a minute and the manager felt the need to tell me I need to make sure the person rang up the item before asking.............thats not my job. And thats coming from someone who's worked a slew of retail and has realistic expectations and actually more lax expectations than I had in retail. Its not my job if the person didn't put the item in or tell me the item got subtracted. They tried to claim I didn't even give a code, but the manager had no response when I said the code was repeated back to me to thats impossible. The levels she went to over one item was ridiculous when I wasn't an angry, belligerent person. I was a regular person who's order was wrong and I politely asked for it...

Today around 4:40, I ordered a McChicken special.... Its special in the sense that i asked for cheese, extra lettuce, and extra onion.

The first time I was given my food, I was given an English muffin breakfast sandwich with cheese, egg, and canadian bacon.

I drove all the way back to McDonald's to get my correct order and handed them my recipt and the incorrect f-ing sandwich.

I waited 10 minutes inside.... Finally they get me the "right sandwich" and i headed to my car to eat said sandwich. But no. It isnt the right sandwich. This one is a McChicken.... With no mayo and added tomato.

So I take incorrect sandwich #2 back into the McDonald's and wait some more. The gal making sandwiches on the line walked off and the guy operating the window had to rush back to make my sandwich correctly because apparently we are paying people to not know how to make a 4 ingredient f-ing sandwich.

Never in my life have I had to wait over 10 minutes for my special McChicken. Never have I had to REPEATEDLY return the wrong sandwich to any restaurant.

I am sorely disappointed at how the Dublin Granville McDonalds in Sun Center...

Ordered a small coke and they gave me what looked like a child size. When I looked on the side of the cup it was marked for McCafe and Orange Juice, which are sized smaller than fountain drinks. I mean, just eye balling the cup you can tell it was way too small for a soft drink order, so I can't help but feel they were just having some fun at my expense. "Let's see how small of a cup we can give this guy!" I was going to drive back and get the order corrected, but it seemed like such a small issue to go back and complain about, for what amounts to about 4 fluid oz of coke, I decided against it. So, in conclusion, having nothing else to rate and review this place on other than the fact that my small drink was provided to me in a comically small cup, I have to go with 2 stars. Friendly and prompt service kept it...
