Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

If I could get this piece of crap subway a zero star rating I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible, the people that working there are the most ignorant dumb motherfkers I have ever met in my life. I asked for a cold cut Trio, the meat on the bottom of the tray was soggy. When I asked for new meat, she stared at me for 10 seconds without saying a word, then look back to her coworker and asked if they could do that. There is nothing fresh about that subway, They are garbage, and the manager sucks. The managers there his name was Todd, he's not following any protocols that keep the subway subs fresh. They're supposed to have drip plates in their meats, so they don't get soggy and nasty, but this guy isnt a manager, He just holds that title, and doesn't manage st. The piece of crap just does nothing, that is not a manager or a supervisor. I called their corporate office to let them know, they said they would look into it. This guy Todd is a garbage a** manager, and should be fired immediately, Along with ignorant people that he hired. You can tell what kind of manager person is by going into their store and seeing the kind of employees that they hire, and how they train them. This guy is clearly garbage. The last time I went there the toaster was down for over a week, and when my girlfriend got her sub, they let two people go in front of her while it was microwaving for just a minute. The sub was done in the microwave, yet they still let people cut her in line. I will never go back to the subway it is...

walked in never was greeted..man was in front of me that the lady was servicing she looked up at me and said what kind of bread you want. never asked what I was getting I could had wanted pizza, cookies, or a salad...I told her what I wanted 2 sub's white bread a BMT and chicken rotisserie pepper jack cheese n toasted...I had to repeat the chicken like she was clueless to what I asked for.. she asked me Two more times about the cheese... as she fixing the BMT she said I still did not hear what the 2nd sub is at that point I told her dont even worry about it I go someplace else, her attitude n her demeanor was unacceptable. as I was leaving she stated I don't know why you getting mad at me because I can't hear you..n I told her my level of voice I have never not had anybody who can't hear me..mind you me and my son use this location a lot even some of the workers there know our faces and they always greet ppl when they walk through the door..I ended up going over to midland subway got greeted by more than one staff member as I placed my order she had no problem understanding me or hearing me...all gave service with a smile..milgen rd employees need to shadow midland for customer service. ppl like me are paying their salary and I will not pay for attitude especially when I'm not...

If i could give it zero stars i really would. The attitudes are ridiculous and customer service is horrible. me and my boyfriend went there to get something for ourselves and my mother and as soon as we walked in everyone was sitting down. as i looked around i saw that there was a employee who had a whole ski mask on , then there was a few who didn’t have mask or hair nets but they had gloves on which was the bare minimum. when they made our sandwiches they actually didn’t speak to us at all. my sandwich was made by a women and after she got done she threw my sandwich on the counter. like just threw it down and walked away. didn’t say bye , have a nice day or anything. and if i couldn’t get worse the manager of subway came in , with casual clothes on and started talking to the workers as they was making my boyfriends sandwich. then proceeded to walk to the back to get some chips. i was really shocked because i’ve never seen that before. so after my boyfriend paid for our food he fixed his drink. and after we got in the car and drove off we found a bug in it. honestly i’m only upset because i freaking love subway and i was really happy they put one around the corner from where i live but i would rather drive to subway on Macon Rd than go back to Milgen...
