If I could give zero stars I would! Geico is my car insurance company, the person that rear ended me and was given the citation had Gainsco insurance. Long story short, a 17 year old boy rear ended me, and basically the parents were claiming that he was not on their insurance. So I had to file a claim through my insurance and pay the 250.00 deductible for uninsured motorist. You would think that when a person has to call their own insurance company to file a claim that they were not found at fault to, would put in the work to get your car repaired, and stay in communication with the rental car company (i have rental car coverage also). Not with Geico claim adjuster Devon Pastor. Enterprise called me every other day to tell me that I have til so and so date to return the rental car. Tried calling Mr. Pastor everytime Enterprise would call me, but no answer on his end, then I would have to go through his supervisor or another rep to let them know that my car is still in repairs, and why isn't anyone keeping Enterprise in the loop as far as when I need to return the car. Read moreI have been with gieco for going on four years, I have two vehicles insured through them. I just recently got married and we were trying to decide if it would be better to keep separate policies or merge into one policy. I went online in my account and just did a QUOTE to add my husband and his vehicle. They emailed me back stating that there would not be a change in my policy price that gieco automatically covers spouses, and that my husband now had access to managing my account and he was good to go to drive my vehicles. Okay, perfect! We can still shop around but he'll be covered if he wants to drive one of my cars! Well today I got a bill (I pay my insurance in full every 6 months) stating that I owed them money. I called, and Pam informed me it was because of my driver change! When the email I received specifically said there would be no increase to my policy!!! I am done with gieco! February I will be leaving them! Every six month I renew my policy increases! NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT, never had a ticket, never even had so much as a parking violation, and I'm over the age of 25 and my policy keeps going up....

Paid over $400 by check for January payment using an account that was different from the voided check I provided to Sarenity for autopay to start on February 19. Got letter from company called Assurant with list of autopay schedule from the wrong account. Called Mendez Hollis and had the misfirtune of getting Melissa. She listened and then started talking over me without acknowledging me by name. I asked to speak with Sarenity. Melissa kept annoying me with her childlike inability to grasp my request to speak with the agent who set up the policies. Hope Sarenity will call me back.
