Tanya, very young AA female manager, offers poor everything. Monday, June 9, 2025, 645pm, ordered a well done the works pizza. Easy enough. I got out of literal surgery bandages all on my face, and we went to pick it up and they didnt make it well done (ran through a second time for extra crispness). I kindly asked them to please do so and they had me sit for literally 30 seconds while they actually faked running it through the oven (because it was full or they were lazy and thought I was dumb or something, who knows but i dont mind waiting for what I pay for) right there in front of me. I've worked in multiple pizza spots throughout the years and they brought me the exact same uncooked floppy pizza in the exact same condition 20 seconds later. I asked the window girl for the second time to actually run it through the oven, and they told me I would have to pull around for that. Remember, that was my original (online) order to begin with, the well-done pizza. So even longer, waited out in front of the establishment for about 15 minutes (surgery bandages soaking through because I should have been home by then but trusted the app and the restaurant) before I finally walked in and asked them what the heck was going on and to tell them I knew they sent me back out the same pizza originally. The zero accountability manager Tanya, the african american manager with a chip on her shoulder, got an attitude immediately and acted like I was in the wrong for being even slightly upset and literally asked me "why am I talking to HER employees," as if I had no right to even question or call out the blatant scheme or speak to anyone but her. She just popped out of the woodwork from nowhere to gaslight me. The way I see it...I'm the one buying the product, not her. I'm the one paying their salaries. Not her. As far as I'm concerned, if I'm shopping there, when I'm inside, they are MY employees since im paying them MY hard earned cash. That's literally the reason the customer is always right in the food industry. I snapped and left. Spitefully, never again. Ridiculous. Kitchen full of women, but not one rooster in the hen house at the time. Hens going crazy in there. What the heck happened? Is this another case of DEI ruining our systems again? Doesn't seem so diverse in there to me, and it sure could use some integrity.
Maybe Ill put in a part time application, Tanya. 😃 Help ya out! These specific ladies dont have enough umph to even cut the pie in pieces. I did that myself after baking for another 10mins at home. Over it!
Anyways, 0/10 all around! Congratulations. Used...
Read moreSituation: Manager's farewell at 12 PM, I called Papa John's Call center (PJCC), at 10:40 AM with a large order (8 pizzas and 96 wings), requesting delivery at 11:45 PM. PJCC operator 1, states the earliest available is 12 PM, thus too late. Then she connects me the store on Veterans Parkway, only to be informed that I should the store on Moon Road and gives the store's phone number, of which I called, yet sent back to the PJCC and explained again to operator 2, whom quoted me ordering something completely wrong. Imagine that I am getting frustrated as time kept dwindling down. SIGNIFICANT CHANGE: Finally, I contact Dalton from the Old Moon location, and was absolutely patient and professional. While, I am doing work tasks and balancing making this order. Additionally, the delivering driver arrived and called me at 11:42 AM. Everyone enjoyed the meal and commented about how...
Read moreI called to order a large thin crust pizza it was going to come to $22 with deliveries so I said I'll call back and the young lady was so nice she said I have some specials I have that one for $10 and I said that's fabulous thank you very much and I'll take that order of those cookies and a $4 tip and she gave me a total of about $21 the order arrived no cookies and you can see where they done discounting to bring it down to the price that she had quoted me and I think she should be commended from her boss she tried to please the customer. So I called back and he explained to me and showed me the discount I feel that her boss should stand behind her and not make her feel bad at all. We're all humans we all make mistakes and God forgives us for that. I did not like the tone of The Voice of Brock was not nice...
