Place is a mess. Our order took 30 minutes - for two sandwiches, fries and mac & cheese.
Some lady, in crew uniform, sat on the table - looked to be on break - but she rudely laughed at how bad the cashier was doing. Every patron in there was complaining and this lady just laughed at the situation.
Some other lady, possibly a manager because she was in uniform, was on a laptop kept looking up and shaking her head towards the crew.
They gave us the order in pieces. First came the sandwiches, in a bag although we chose dine in, then the 1 fry. Then the mac and cheese and finally the drinks. He missed the whole order..
This place was trashed. I saw the cashier guy, who was also bagging the food and fries, drop the fry scooper then quickly picked it up and kept using it. I peaked around the back and the entire kitchen had food and trash on the ground. This place is not safe to eat from and will be closed soon if this continues. Such a shame. Someone ought to call health department cause this is insane. No-one there seemed to take their job seriously and take care of this...
Read moreTwo terrible back-to-back experiences with Popeyes. The first one the fried chicken was like leather, having sat under a heat lamp for a long time. I also had incorrect/missing items.
The second experience I had with this location I waited an hour for my order, and I would have waited even longer (if I ever even got it) were it not for reminding them that I was still waiting for it (without an apology I might add). They first had me pull up to the first window before moving me to the second window. Then they had me move from the second window to the parking lot. I waited and watched people come and go with their orders. After a half-hour, I called the store multiple times until someone picked up. I couldn't go into the store due to an injury. Even then it took an additional half-hour to receive my order. Popeyes refuses to make it right.
I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. Shame on you Popeyes! KFC or Lee's...
Read moreThey took our order but forgot to make it. We sat over 25 minutes while other customers got their food. After which my mother approached the counter and asked about our order. They responded with "You have an order? Got your receipt?" After brandishing our receipt we waited another 10 minutes. When our food came out we weren't notified. So for several more minutes it sat on the counter. When we received our food it quickly became apparent the chicken wasn't the freshest. Mom had a strip meal and couldn't finish her strips as they were too chewy. Midway through the meal noticed there weren't napkins in the bag... Or on tables. When asked they informed us they didn't have any. I was hoping for more out of such a new restaurant. But looks like I may not be visiting this...
