THIS STORE LOOKS GREAT AND THE VIBE AND atmosphere is inviting....it makes you want to just spend your money in the store...it made me not want to leave the store without anyting, but I was just window shopping for an outfit I needed for the weekend...the customer service from the 2 ladies was excellent...(sorry I did t get their namse, i was in on August 5 around 3)They greeted me with a positive attitude. The flow of the store allows you to see the inventory and pick where you want to go directly. It was just a fantastic store and encounter...i give them 5 Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 across the board and I will continue to shop there. I placed an order online on their site. It auto generated an address when I was typing mine in so I clicked on the suggested address. After I placed my order I realized the error. It had suggested a wrong house number that is a plot in my neighborhood not even an actual house. I placed the order past midnight and called Ashley stewart first thing the next morning. They said there was nothing they would do about it. I'm like you can't edit an address for an item that won't be shipped anytime soon? They said no. They asked me to call the post office instead to have them reroute the package to me. Mind you I paid a large sum for excited delivery. Over a week later still no package or confirmation of it being shipped although I was told to expect one. i would never...

Such a great store, nice, neat & clean! I thought the space was recently open because it was so well taken care of. The staff was awesome especially these two women Courtney and Shanikka, Both women were attentive & extremely accommodating, retail isn’t an easy job to do but those young women in charge are born leaders. I love that the store had so many fashion forward options to choose from, including some chic jewelry! Was also happy they had a fitting room available to customers.
