I would've given them 5 stars but the onion mein is seriously pissing me off!! I give most places good reviews for just doing the minimum bc that's all I expect and I go here for the chow mein which had always been mostly noodles but this has been 3 times in a row so I took a photo to show I'm not making this up. 75% of the chow mein is onions and it should have some in it to give it a kick but this is nonsense. I don't know if the "higher ups" within the company are telling them to do this mess or really don't care but they need to chill out on the amount of onions in the chow mein, I've been to many other Panda Express across the country and locally and only this location does this and it pains me bc they are right in my neighborhood. I did eat some of the orange chicken, to make it more viewable so ignore that, then I combed thru the noodles until I got most of the onion out, I ate none of the noodles before I took the picture, all the onions I dug out are there in the lid portion, I was left with less than half of my compartment still noodles and there were still more onions in it. I could've just ordered a patch of sauteed onions bc that's all I got. Look closely you'll still see onion in the noodles that are there after I got all those onion out of it and even then every bite tasted like onions still. When every bite of noodles crunches and tastes like onion you want to say f this place and go elsewhere so it has made me drive out to the other one on Broad in Reynoldsburg from now on. I will never return to this location til it stops bc it's worth the extra 20+ minute drive. I will say that is my only concern tho long as you don't need chow mein they are a great place across the board but when you order chow mein you should get chow mein, i don't care if it costs more I'll pay it but don't give me a plate of onions!

After the third time I've ordered from this restaurant and the order was incorrect. And, after notifying uber eats and calling the restaurant without getting any assistance, I've decided to write this review with pictures. In short I ordered the broccoli brief and orange chicken. My two sides where fried rice and mixed vegetables. When I opened the box it was over half full with broccoli. The broccoli was placed in the lid as I looked for beef. Underneath all the broccoli was a very, very, small amount of fat and gravy with a few parts of cabbage and 1 part of piece zucchini, 3 parts of kale. The fried rice and orange chicken where normal portions. In short it looks like they where out of beef and mixed vegetables. So, a double order of broccoli was substituted.

This joint on point foreal. It's good, fast, and affordable. The service is cool too. They let you sample stuff which is cool because the food choices have a wide range. Everything is made fresh from fresh ingredients prior to being put on the heating trays. They cycle through ingredients quite quickly so every dish is warm enough to not need heating trays. The food and sauces are darn good and you can try something different eve if you go frequently.

7/8/2023 We jumped out of the car in the pouring rain and made a run for the lobby only to discover the lobby was closed. No signage on the doors. We jump back in the car and sit in a very long Drive-through line. We waited 15-20 min. Not a big deal because when it’s busy that usually means Fresh/Hot food! Yum! We get to the speaker and I have a hard time hearing the person. I try to give my order, but have two different people talking at once, one woman and one man. I could hear them talking back and forth with each other…I think...or maybe they were talking to me. The speaker was so quiet. In the middle of placing my order and still at the speaker box, I asked to change one of the side items. The woman said, no you can’t change it. I’m thinking to myself What?! Hahaha! Did she really just say that? I looked at my son and asked him if he heard it too. I’m a little confused as to why I can’t make a change to an order when I’m still in the process of making it? Clearly I heard her wrong. So I repeated the change, and I heard her say, it’s already made. (Even funnier! I guess they can make it just as fast as the words come out of your mouth!) So I said, I’m sorry I can barely hear you would you mind repeating my order back to me. She says, $26. I’m like what in the world?! After a very frustrating and confusing conversation we get to the window and I very sheepishly and against my better judgment asked if they offer military discount. The woman screams, NO WE DONT!!! (I’m thinking to myself, dang….! Okay! Some Panda Express’s do and some don’t. Not a big deal, just thought I’d ask.) We received our food and after inspection realize not only is it wrong but it’s cold. I’m like, dang it. I really don’t want to deal with this woman again, she’s soooo rude. Oh well, here goes nothing….it can’t get any worse right? Wrooong! I kindly asked for the correct item and the woman rudely said, We don’t have that! At this point I’m like wow! I’m done with this place. So I asked for a refund. She continues to argue with me about why I’m wrong. She then calls another employee over (the male) she continued to make a big deal about why I was wrong and that they don’t have the item. So I explain everything all over again to him. I’m not sure why because I think he was the cook not the manger. Then I see her name tag!!!!! OMG she’s the manager!!!! She continues to cause a scene and then slammed the window in my face. A few seconds later she says, here! Then hands me my refund of $11.50 I only asked for a refund for one of the combos not both. I handed her back the food and left. 🤯

I’ve been here several times and the food was always good. Not sure what happened today but I will...

Two girls working the front line had attitudes complaining about having to work until 9pm and didn’t want to serve customers. Why are y’all mad at customers when it’s YALL ESTABLISHMENT WHO MAKES UP THE TIME FRAME OF WHEN YALL OPEN AND CLOSED, mad because people are upset about waiting 15-20 mins for food. Why aren’t y’all keeping food in rotation at 8:30pm? You still got 30 mins. Get a new job if you don’t like to serve customers. Instead of having nasty stank teenager attitudes. Then they ask for help from dude who was cleaning the restroom, this guy puts the cleaning supplies down comes to the food line and starts picking up bowls of food without washing his hand first setting stuff on the food counter. Then goes and put hand sanitizer on. Like bro do y’all not teach y’all employees about bacteria and all of that?? Disgusted. My family continued to order but I turned around, not giving my money to ppl who have an attitude AND dirty don’t follow osha guidelines! Will be reporting this to OSHA’s office on Monday for sure. I will not be coming to this location anymore. They dirty and don’t have good service. Hire some grown people who actually need and want the job because these little kids aren’t cutting it. Worst...
