Short Review: Outstanding experience! Chuck and Fletcher are incredibly talented. Milano's is a total servce delivery kind of place!

Long Review: This is the place to go if you want to find a great suit for a great price! They have it all. Not only is the selection great, but the customer service you will receive is second to none. Go on a Sunday like I did and you'll probably be met by Fletcher. One look at this guy and you'll I'mmeadiately know you came to the right place. Fletcher is an incredibly talented salesmen. Perfect amount of insistence to help without ever adding any pressure to the interaction. I went in for one suit. I planned to leave with one suit. Not only did Fletcher help me find a great suit, he also talked me into a second suit that looked so good, it would have been a crime to leave it on the rack. The other benefit of coming to Milano Menswear is that they do in house alterations. They even accept outside alterations. I mean, what more could you ask for, right? Chuck, that's who. Again, you will take one look at this guy and know that you're in good hands. Chuck is the assistant manager who is also incredibly talented at taking correct measurements. An invaluable skill. He's the guy who makes your suit look like it was made for you. Like you were born to wear it. I cannot stress the alterations enough. They are absolutely essential when it comes to looking your best. And please, don't be that guy who asks if alterations are included in the suit price. I got the impression they get asked that a lot. That is NOT a reasonable request. If you've ever picked up a needle and thread, you'll understand the skill and time required to do what needs done to make that suit your second skin. The price of your suit also has no impact on the price of alterations. It is best to consider them to be two separate services, because they are. It is worth every penny to have your suit tailored and lucky for you, their alteration prices are competitive as well. I left Milano's with $300 more in my pocket than I expected to leave with. However, I was looking at their dress coats on the way out and wow! I may need to pick up one of those when I go back in to pick up my suits. I'm starting to understand the business...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local suit store, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was greeted by a gentleman named [Jonathan], who turned out to be an absolute gem in the world of men's fashion.

Upon explaining my need for a suit for a special occasion, [Jonathan] immediately took charge, displaying an impressive knowledge of style, fit, and current trends. His passion for his craft was evident, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect outfit.

What truly set [Jonathan] apart was his ability to understand my personal style and preferences. He asked insightful questions about the occasion, my desired look, and even took into consideration my body type and complexion. This attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer and assured me that I was in capable hands.

As we browsed through the store, [Jonathan] effortlessly pulled out a few options that he believed would suit me best. His eye for color coordination and fabric quality was remarkable. Throughout the entire process, [Jonathan] was patient, attentive, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He took the time to explain the different cuts, fabrics, and styles, ensuring that I was well-informed and confident in my choice.

When I finally settled on an outfit, [Jonathan] went above and beyond to complete the look. He skillfully paired it with a shirt, tie, and accessories that perfectly complemented the suit, creating a cohesive and polished ensemble. I left the store feeling like a million bucks, knowing that I had found the ideal outfit for my special occasion. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Mr Chuck was the salesperson I dealt with at Milano Menswear in the Town & Country shopping center on E Broad St in Whitehall, Ohio. As a woman this was my very first time going into a men’s clothing store to be fitted for and purchase a suit for an event. I spoke to Mr Chuck on the phone the day before going to the store, and he was very kind and told me that they get more and more women in the store to buy men’s suits and they did not have a problem with a woman coming into the store to buy a man’s suit. When I arrived at the store the next evening I was treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff the whole time I was there. Mr Chuck helped me pick out a suit because I had no idea what my measurements were. I tried on the suit and told him the places I felt it needed to be let out here or taken in there. He did an excellent job of marking the measurements on the suit. I needed a pair of black shoes to go with the grey suit and he didn’t stop until he found me a pair of shoes in the store, which were a child’s size 7. I also picked out two shirts which had to be tailored to have the sleeves shorten. He told me about other female customers that had come in the store and how he waited on them and hooked them up.
