I would leave zero stars if possible (which is totally out of my character). We ordered $19 worth of food on January 14 at 10:45 PM. The food was inedible-- the mozzarella sticks and fries tasted like they were fried in old grease, the milkshakes were pure syrup, and the burgers were sloppy and underwhelming. We called the next day (January 15) at 1:25 PM. We were told we could have our complete order comped and replaced-- we just needed to show our receipt and give the GM's name (Patty) the next time we visited.
We live approximately 20 minutes away and didn't make our way back to the area until tonight (January 23). We explained the situation to the cashier taking our order, and once we pulled up the window, we discovered they had called the GM on the phone and she swore she had not taken our call on 1/15 and had not agreed to comp our order. The worker who had Patty on the phone explained to us the GM "doesn't work on Sundays," so somebody had given us Patty's name without her permission when we called. We were told someone from the store was "working the system" by providing her name. How was that our fault? We were dismayed.
They checked their records and did find our name listed on their books. We also showed them proof that we made the phone call on January 15 on our phone log history and explained that we wouldn't even have known the GM's name had we not called. Still, they said they were not willing to comp the full $19. They offered to replace the sandwich and fries from the original order-- none of the extra items or the shakes.
We were upset and left with nothing. I have never been treated like that at any restaurant! $19 is a lot of money to waste on bad food, but not enough to lose my mind or my dignity in...

was really dumbfounded how i could be sitting at the speaker, with no one in front of me and a line of cars behind me, with zero greeting when i pulled up. Was pretty determined to get food when everyone pulled away and left me to be served next.
waited, and stared at the fellow with the headset in the drive through window pressing buttons on the screen for who knows what, as there was no customers in line as they all left. after another 10 minutes went by i decided "if i could actually by some miracle be able to get food from this fast food place after waiting this long i highly doubt it would be at all worth eating." so i drove away like everyone else in line and got food across the street at McDonalds.
out of curiosity, i returned to the livingston Rally's location to sit and see "was this just me? or maybe they were closing at 10" as i ate my McDonalds i watched over the next 20-30 minutes the same scenario play out, over and over. cars sat there waiting, then finally left out of frustration. one thing i did notice that further blew my mind, the man who was suppose to be helping take orders on the headset actually left the store?!? he then walked across the street to shell returning with a pack of cigarettes.
the whole experience was mind boggling. the hour i spent in line/ observing while eating McDonalds i didn't see anyone actually getting food. FROM A FAST FOOD LOCATION! how does this business manage to...
