I came here last Saturday around noon and ordered a simple chicken and waffle panini. After 30 minutes of no interaction, one of other bartenders (not the guy that took my order) asked me if everything was well. When I told him I had placed an order, he went back to the kitchen, came back and said it would be right out. Another 10 minutes go by and again, he went back and said that it would be right out. After 45 minutes of no food, I asked for a refund. He then went back to the kitchen, came out, and told me that the ticket had never actually made it back to the kitchen, and that they would start the order right now. I just politely asked for a refund and left. I could understand if the place was really busy that an error like this would happen, but there were literally like 6-7 people in a place that probably can host 60-75 people-- maybe more. What really was stupid is when I was leaving, the DJ at the place approached me and asked what happened. She apologized and explained this was her event and then tried to give me her business card to promote herself which was ridiculous. I'm sure they're known for better service, but I won't go...
Read moreRehab Tavern in Columbus is just an awesome spot to kick back and have a good time. The vibe hits right as soon as you walk in – it’s cozy, chill, and has this cool mix of old-school charm with a modern feel. The staff is super friendly, too; they make you feel right at home and are always happy to help with drink recommendations or just chat for a bit.
Speaking of drinks, they’ve got a fantastic selection! From craft beers to unique cocktails, there’s something for everyone, and the bartenders seriously know their stuff. Plus, the live music nights are a blast. They bring in some great local talent, and it really adds a fun, energetic feel to the place.
Overall, Rehab Tavern is just a great, laid-back spot to hang with friends or meet new people. It’s the kind of bar that makes you want to come back, whether you're from around here or just in town for a visit. If you're looking for a place with good drinks, good vibes, and a friendly...

Edit.
The new bartenders are a joke. Tonight, went in, my friend asked the bartender (red hair, didn't get name) what ipa options were available. The bartender said "Elvis juice" without even looking at my friend, practically mumbling it under her breath. When he asked what the other 10+ taps were, she pointed at the sign that listed them, but didn't say a word. Keep in mind, the bar was empty. Disgusting customer service, maybe she was having a bad day, but we left. Can't support a business that allows their bartenders to treat their customers like gum on their shoes.
Also. I quit coming here because of this behavior and mistreating my brother for being a big guy, like Really big but nobody in a professional establishment should be so so judgemental. I used to be a regular. Even the GM knew me. It's a Disgrace....
