Royal Fish Shrimp & Chicken — Restaurant in Columbus

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! My original order was completely wrong to where I can’t eat it nor my son I called at 4:34 to let them know and the person I spoke to said they would redo the order if I reordered I asked if they would refund what I had to re order he told me yes then when I ordered one can of soda do they could remake my order and redeliver I then seen the order was cancelled which I called again 2 times they picked up and hung up the 3rd time I called blocked and the same person answered and told me that he asked me to reorder when I stated that I had reorders and the store had cancelled that order then he said try again with him on the phone and I did he then said he would remake the order and send it within 15 mins and refund the two extra sodas I had purchased after telling him it already charged me for the first. My order comes which the driver just left at my door with no communication and then discovered it was only a can of soda! I called back for the 4th time and the same person I spoke to told me “his boss” wouldn’t let me have my correct food as I originally ordered unless I drove back to the restaurant myself and swapped the food!! When I asked to speak to him as I explained I have an immunocompromised child and a single parent at that I’m not driving 20 mins to bring food back that was not correct in the first place to where I can’t even eat it because of all the seasoning I asked them not to put on as well as my son having the food allergy!! When I asked if he would refund my order since I can’t eat it and I eve took pictures and let yer eats know that my order was incorrect he said I can speak to his boss . Then “his boss” all of a sudden wasn’t there and that he would call me back! Very rude and unprofessional-service and I will never order...

I was VERY displeased with this service. I ordered food via Uber eats and the driver was perfect. He was respectful and very professional however the food was terrible. I ordered baked beans and two small gyros amongst other things. I bought 70$ plus in food to feed friends that were visiting. Due to my ignorance I put in an order to this place. The food was cold beyond room temperature; the comments was disregarded as their was cucumber sauce on the gyros as I speciafically stated not to do so for allergen purposes. I called up to Royal Fish and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Father who said just bring the food back. I was unable to do so as I was without transportation hence ordering through Uber Eats. Did I mention the food spot was 5 min away driving distance? Father said well come back tomorrow and I will give you new food. This is such a inconvenience and I was not satisfied with Father’s solutions for the bad food. I take this 70$ plus as a lost and trust me I will NEVER buy food from there AGAIN. Also, not to mention the drinks were all wrong. I spent too much money for this bull sh&$!! Please save yourself the frustration. Now I have to resort to pizza for my friend who has the food allergen. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Thats more money and more of an inconvenience. Thanks for nothing Father! I will be there in person tomorrow to state my frustrations in person regarding...

It has been years probably when they first opened that I had eaten their food. This place has been here at least 15 years! I would say in the neighborhood it’s a little rough! The cooks are Arabic I ordered the catfish babee it was fresh, it was seasoned good & 2 large pieces for $8.99 best price in Columbus. The fries were alright! They seasoned them with their special seasoning! They have all types of food as you look at the pictures or menu. They have dessert I didn’t get I’m told the carrot cake is good! They had a sign for German chocolate but I didn’t see it. Normally I get shrimp every where I Go! Today because my cousin told me how good the catfish was, I had to try it! I am glad I did! A lady came in & got a Jamaican patty now from picture it looks like the dollar tree patty that you put in the air fryer. I go to Jamaica a lot to see family they don’t look like our patties but I never had Royals. So drop by & check them...
