I have to say that me and my wife were originally reserved about eating here but I'm glad that we did because the food was absolutely amazing especially the noodles with chicken in it, they had tons and tons of flavor. The chicken was not oversaturated in sauce but did not have too little sauce. The chicken fried rice was a little too sweet prefer my wife that I absolutely loved it and the chicken that was on the side for the sweet and sour chicken was killer not too much breading, the chicken was tender and what breading was there was crispy and the sweet and sour sauce not too sweet like some places that you get it. And don't even get me started on the egg rolls because I made a big mistake getting three of them because I had no idea that they were as big as they were but I'm glad I did get them because they were full of so much flavor. Now up on going to pick the food up I was very pleased and satisfied at the excellent customer service that I received in terms of the friendliness and helpfulness from the employees I even was told to have a good day as I was leaving by a separate employee that was helping another customer which you do not get often and is something that is essential to keep customers coming back and that includes me for sure. Customer Service: 5/5 – We ordered Carry Out. The staff was friendly.

Restaurant Cleanliness: 4/5 – The space was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with no major issues.

Food: This is where things fell short. • Crab Rangoon: 3.5/5 – Decent, but nothing special. • Chicken Fried Rice: 0/5 – This was the most disappointing dish. Bland, overcooked, and lacking flavor. • Vegetable Lo Mein: 0/5 – The noodles were overcooked and the vegetables were hard. • Sesame Chicken: 2/5 – The chicken was gummy and too soft. • General Tso’s Chicken: 2/5 – Similar to the sesame chicken, it lacked depth of flavor and was mushy • Vegetable Egg Rolls: 1/5 – Lacking flavor, with a minimal filling, and just not enjoyable.

As a local I couldn’t wait for the restaurant to open, food is great, you can tell everything is homemade, portions are always huge but every time I go in no matter for pick up order or walk in I always see one young lady running around, while the other stands at the register I myself run a small business or staff shortage is a real thing. I assume the owner was there this time because he was outside shoveling the walkway. Very welcoming staff majority of the time. I placed an order, the cashier (seemed eager to leave) plated my food before cashing me out and then told me there would be a 20 minute wait on fresh chicken(drum sticks). I didn’t mind the wait but after 35 minutes and when fresh food became available she didn’t even offer to remake food. Food still delicious and worth price customer service needs a little work.
