KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Girl at the register acted very agitated at the fact that it was 25 minutes to close and 3 guest walked in and she had to end her phone conversation that she was having on her cell at the front counter. There was a sign over the drive thru speaker saying the drive thru was down so we had no choice but to come inside i told her give me a minute i wasnt ready. She addressed the next people behind me and they also werent ready. She gave an irrited sigh and looked back to me and asked was i ready which i wasnt so she kept repeating she was trying to leave at 10 and they were about to close. They had a limited selection of food left and instead of encouraging us to buy what was left she was very negative and tried to persuade us to leave because she "wanted to be walking out at 10" everyone was very rushed so much so that i didnt get my cookie in my box. I had very little mashed potatoes she clearly tried to stretch the last of the potatoes into too many servings (pics attached 2 different bowls) i wasnt given any eating utensils and none were available in the dining room i asked for hot sauce ketchup and bbq i got honey butter and hot sauce a small amount i was not satisfied if i were not omw to work i would...

KFC's chicken pot pie is usually one of my favorite options from their menu. However, the one I was served during this visit seemed to have been sitting for quite a while before I got it. Although it was hot, it's texture was rather solidified instead of being creamy like it usually is. Aside from the quality of our pot pies, my companion and I had a few other issues that detracted from our experience that day... First thing, there were absolutely NO plastic eating utensils in the entire restaurant! The woman who served our food had to go outside, in the extremely frigid winter weather, to "borrow" some for our use from the Wendy's next door. In addition to the issues that I just mentioned, it appeared that one of the employees had no other child care options that day, so she brought her 3 children, (all seemingly under school age), to work with her! I'm sure her plan was to have them snack on KFC and play quietly in a corner booth, but that wasn't how it was working out during our visit! Between the shrill squeals of play and fun, there were tears, shouting and talk of poopie pants...not sounds to invite a pleasant dining experience for even the most...

They were closed on the inside which is understandable but open for pickup orders. Me and my dude came in to order because our 26 foot box truck wouldn't fit through the drive through. The female manager at this facility helped us out and was very polite. On the other hand there is another male manager who tried to refuse us service because we did not have on a mask when the entire crew making the food did not have on masks. This is very disappointing because they are making food for the community and not wearing masks but requiring people who come in to spend money in which is the only way they are getting paid but yet it's okay for the employees to not wear a mask. I have no issue wearing a mask but if you yourself don't even have on a mask and your making people's food you really have no right to ask others to wear a mask. I will never visit this location again. I really feel bad for the actual good workers that make it bad for the ones who try and take advantage of...
