This restaurant use to be my favorite place to eat every week. Sometimes twice a week but last week approximately around 6pm.. The machine which was acting up all day why I was there. It double charged me for my food so this manager was like bring a bank statement. Didn't say I couldn't bring statements on my phone not one time she said that. Keep in mind I work two jobs by time I get off they be close. Sunday is only time I be off goes up there with my phone and statement. Now she needs a paper statement but didn't say anything about that at first. She was very nasty and rude this night manager. Moving her neck and talking unprofessional in front of other people. This is very unprofessional place management isn't good. I shouldn't have to get no paperwork from my chime compan when I said he's on the phone now talking about man from Chime. She said I need to see a statement he can send it to my phone. She said that was fine it shouldn't matter how long it took me to come. It wasn't my fault it was machine double charged me. Read moreThe cashier at the drive thru window stole my card information. This is the only establishment I used my debit card on yesterday. She gave me 2 receipts & asked me to sign one. She didn’t give me a pen to use so I scrambled around in my purse for one. After I signed it, she finally gave me my card back. The person made a charge for Marco’s Pizza on University Avenue & went on a shopping spree on SHEIN. I turned my card off & called my bank to close my account & start a claim for the charges they created. Someone then kept attempting to use my card for $700-$800 purchases at WalMart & $201 at SHEIN. It’s too close to the holidays for people to do this, especially when you’re a single mom like me & work hard for your things. Check number on receipt is 466243 was told to pull around they gave me my sweet tea took my money then told to pull down. No mention of them having to cook my order or it would take 15 or 30 minutes for my order. I do as I was told. So I sit in my car til I see the tim is 2:55 pm on 8/21/22 then I use i my receipt and call them and ask how long would it take to get a large chicken tenders and the lady proceeds to tell me she dont know and I tell her I am in the drive through line and she asked where I tell her the front of the line.
