This location is my go-to location. It's close to home and close the freeway. Some things that are out of their control is the traffic surroundling the location, so I won't let that jade my review.
I must say...THIS IS MY FAVORITE LOCATION.
The staff is always friendly. For example, on my wedding day, my family and I stopped in for a mornign treat. When the staff realized that we were going to OUR wedding, several staff offered their congratulations! Today I ordered on the app and cos drive thru pick up. Desppite having a line that lead out to the street, they stopped to offer a pup cup for my dog (which they do everytime), but this time stood out beucase of how busy they were. They provide service with a smile! I never feel rushed or like I've annoyed the staff when I am asking questions about drinks and they always respond with infomration that makes sense (difference in blonde roast vs dark roast).
My order is awlays ready early when I order throug the app. Even when I didn't selcet drive though and picked up through the drive thru, the staff have never complained.

Read moreGreat staff and great drinks! I went here to work pretty regularly and I am once again frequenting every Monday and Wednesday. It would get a higher score from me just based on goods and services, but the main seating area is lackluster. Starbucks is notorious for being a place to work, and more and more Starbucks are adding in seating with charging capabilities. This store, however, has 3 tables with outlets nearby. Almost every time I go, one or two of the tables are occupied by the manager/owner or the staff for hours, which means when my computer dies, I have to leave. I understand this is a work environment for everyone but if you know your workers need one of the tables consistantly around lunchtime, maybe get more options for customers who need a space to work as well. There are other outlets, but not in a place conducive to computer work. Read moreI frequently order from this Starbucks 2-3x a week. Today when I ordered it was pouring down rain, I got soaked trying to order so I rolled my window up half way. The girl taking the order told me to speak up twice so I raised my voice to be louder (at her request) over the rain and half closed window. I pulled up to the window and was met by 3 people standing in the window. One told me repeatedly to not yell at staff because everyone could hear… I explained more than once that I wasn’t yelling at her, I was raising my voice as was asked and I apologized if that’s what it seemed like but I was not yelling at her. This happens frequently where I am asked to speak louder and it’s the first time I’ve been accused of yelling at staff. Also my “yelling” was calling out a drink name and nothing else.
