I honestly don't like to complain when it come to fast food, or food services in general. Because I've work in it and understand. But over all I have had a good experiences with this TIM's before. But today on the other hand wasn't great at all. I saw that the drive thru was busy so I walk inside and I walk in around 7:55am. There was at least 5 crew members working this morning. Now I had to wait like 10 to 15 minutes, which is a little long but I didn't mind because they where busy. The woman who was the cashier from the front was moving really slow, so I thought maybe she was just tired or something. But as it got closer to being my turn to order that wasn't the case. The man in front of me had a very simple order. All he wanted was his mug filled up with one cream in it. East right? She started to look on the cup to see what she should charge him, mind you it was a mug he probably brought from home. and she than ask after he just told her what he wanted, "do you can cream and sugar"? The man look puzzled because he made very clear what he wanted. He than turn to me and told me she was on something and he could tell. I began to notices more, because she was grabbing for the coffee really slow and her eyes where what told you she was high on something. So I went up and order something simple. I went up said hello, and than I told her I would like a large French vanilla, with an everything bangle with everything on it with a tart. She look and than she like wait a medium right, I said nicely, no a large, and than she ask do you want dozen? I look her confused and simply said no I just wanted an everything bangle with everything on it and a tart. I notices when she was grabbing my drink she was holding on to the table and putting her face really close to the cup, and like I said she was moving slow. I am not upset that I had to wait. I was more upset that one of the co works was high on something and none of the other works seem to care. One man even said really sorry about your wait. If you were sorry you would of taken off, sent her home cause she couldn't work. All I know is I love Tims and I will be going back since it is close to my work. but I will be only using drive thru...
Read moreHorrible!!! I'll start with the woman taking my order slurring her words I couldn't make out most of what she was saying to me. Then I pull off and realize the sandwiches I ordered weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese at all. The steak biscuit was disgusting! Dry biscuit, steak tasted like spoiled pot roast, and the cold piece of American cheese really just topped it off! I also ordered a turkey sausage, egg whites, and cheese English muffin. Worse mistake than steak sandwich. Again cold! Stale English muffin, rubbery turkey sausage, and a cold piece of American cheese! The sandwich is supposed to have white cheese not American! Then will and with the kicker! I ordered three hashbrowns for my kids and when I went to get them out of the bag they all fell apart and crumbled because they were undercooked! This was by far the biggest waste of $12 I've ever had in my life! We could've got better breakfast at Burger King. And if you ever had Burger King breakfast you know that's not saying much. Ridiculous! Maybe if they weren't in such a rush to get you out of the drive-through line they would be able to serve quality food! Well at least food that's hot. Needless to say we will never...
Read moreI have been to this Tim Hortons plenty of times, however, I refuse to return. I had a couple bad experiences and understand that accidents happen. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt; at this point, I no longer can. I usually order a $3-$4 drink (latte or whatever special is happening). The amount of times that I have received black coffee or just a coffee with cream ($1-$2 drink) is absurd. Unfortunatly, I don't notice until it is too late because I was waiting for the coffee to cool before drinking. I never receive a receipt to exchange the drink or prove I received the wrong coffee; I just lose out on $2 every time and get a drink I don't enjoy. The drive through person even has the initials on the lid and they still can't get it right. Additionally, their website and google say that they open at 5am. I have been here at 5:15 or 5:30 and they either have all the lights off or they let you pull up to the drive through and then say "were not ready yet" I would frequent this establishment all the time, if they could get it together. Now, I have to resort to spending more at Starbucks...
