I went here to recycle my Xbox 360 thinking this was going to be like one of the bad shops that recycle because I been to a different one before and it just had bad customer service and they was just rude overall so I came in here with low expectations but when I got to the front someone by the name Chris helped me with recycle my stuff and because i thought that recycling here would be the same but it wasn’t he did a nice job with recycling it and he was helpful but from that I recommend going here if you have to recycle something the staff are kind...

I scheduled an appointment for pickup and they reached out to ask about what I was recycling. I let them know the various items I was recycling (old laptops, TV, monitor, etc), and then they asked for pictures. I provided pictures and then they ghosted me and didn't show up for the appointment to pick up the items.

At the very least it would have been nice to receive a notification they wouldn't accept the items or they couldn't make the appointment.

Just leaving this review so people know this is a possibility when doing business with Stark...
