The store constantly has a huge line. The store has been very iffy depending on who’s working. My first visit was in April when my wife had our first child. The man and woman working were super nice, congratulated me on my first child, and offered amazing guest service. Line was long but moved quickly. However, I came back again last week and the service was so bad. I came on Wednesday and the line wasn’t even long but it still took almost 20 minutes to get through and get my coffee. The lady taking orders was obviously unhappy being there and the the other was just as unhappy. No sense of urgency in getting anything done. Came again on Friday and the man checking people out was nice enough and the line wasn’t taking long so it started nice but the woman making drinks was just beyond rude. I ordered my drink with light ice and my cup said light ice and the barista still made it will tons of ice. So I informed her that I wanted light ice and she was over the top with dumping out my drink and making a show about having to remake it. If she would have made it correctly this wouldn’t have been an issue. It wasn’t even 7am, how can you be so unhappy so early in the day. Not coming back to this location anymore. I wanted to call the store manager and tell them about the barista but I can’t get a hold of the store....
Read moreRiverside Starbs is the best location. Customer service is BEYOND incredible- everyone who works there remembers guests names, takes time to note favorite drinks, and is always ready with a new recommendation if I don’t know what I’m feeling for the day. Mason, Alyssa, Noah, Logan, Sherita, Nichole, and the couple new ones whom I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet- they certainly keep this hospital running. They’re so personable, knowledgeable about drinks, and can knock out the “wrapped around the building” line in record time. Even when I don’t want to walk all the way across the hospital, I make the trek because I know I’m going to leave with a delicious drink, smile on my face, and an uplifted mood. Happy coffee day to my favorite...
Read moreNot only was the coffee terrrible, but one employee was rude as can be. We informed them there was no sugar and she scolded us because the cabinet below the station contained the box of sugar and then she complained about the amount of half and half I used. Since when did I start working at starbucks with the task of refilling sugars, and since when do Starbucks employees care how many teaspoons of half and half customers use. Other than asking for sugar we said nothing and just watched this trash unfold, eventually she said something along the lines of “people are really getting on my nerves today.” The woman who cashed us out was a pleasure and the only positive part of that experience. They were clearly from different...
