Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered 2 of the bacon egg cheese muffins, 2 hash Brown's, Maple waffle sandwich, small and large coffee. Everything was cold except for the Maple waffle sandwich it was warm not hot. The bacon was chewy the 2 hash Browns were soggy, limp and cold. The only thing savageable out of this breakfast was was the 2 coffees and Maple waffle sandwich. I understand you may be short staffed but you should take pride in what you. I would be willing to wait for something hot and fresh and I'm sure everyone...

The staff is always super friendly and very personable. I make an attempt to visit several times a week while I work!

After I ordered, the cook yelled out the sandwich is ready, and the guy behind me rushed to the counter and took my sandwich! When I explained to the cook that this joker took my sandwich, it appeared she didn't understand english and had to involve another worker. I finally received my sandwich and parts of it were freezer cold. Also, I ordered a white cream filled doughnut, and received a bavarian cream filled one.
