This is my favorite store!! I order every morning and I sometimes go back for another on my break. Most staff know me by name or atleast know that’s my drink when I walk in. It just makes me feel special and starts my day off right.
Yesterday I went on break and met a sweet new girl named Kiki she was so professional and wanted to get to know her customers. Some other staff (Jodi) was extremely rude complaining while I’m at the window to hear that my drink is a non coffee drink so why am i adding expresso. She then went on yelling to Kiki to do over 5 tasks that once she started Jodi would take over and yell some more. I felt so bad for Kiki I gave her a tip and told her to keep her head up. I understand that it’s lunch hour and things might get overwhelmed but there’s no need to be disrespectful in front of a store of ppl or talk about what a customer chooses to drink especially when they are at the window. Read moreI try to avoid this Starbucks if I can help it but when I can’t it’s hit or miss.. usually. Lately more misses. If you care about collecting your Stars then tread lightly at this location. There is a girl at the window at this one, when I see her I know my orders not going to be rang up correctly. In the past, I asked her not to redeem my stars and she did anyways on a big order! and exhausted all of my stars I had been saving. And the only fix the manager was willing to offer was a $4 gift card for over $50 worth of stars gone! Then this morning I used my personal cup. She did not add it to the order and I didn’t notice until after. Also my order came up to $9.30 and I had $8.15 left on a gift card and told her I wanted to pay the rest on my card. She charged my card for the whole $9.30 so not only did I pay out of pocket for the whole thing. I didn’t get double stars from using the gift card. My venti was also half full. Read moreHi, I'm a regular, but not for much longer. When it comes to my turn, I always ask how the staff's day is going before placing my order. I am always super nice, because I know their days are long and stressful. Of course with that kindness, I feel I'm often brushed off when it comes to my order. I get a coffee here literally every day, same order usually. A salted caramel sweet cream cold brew with extra caramel (I always state specifically to put it on the cream and on the sides of the cup.) They never do it. In fact, it's as if they don't put caramel in it at all. Bland. I'm too passive to hold up the line, so I just take it and go. It's frustrating, because I'm spending 6-8$ EVERY DAY on a coffee that I don't even enjoy, because I don't want to be that person that makes their day harder than it already is.
