Waited patiently to be assisted as there was only one worker by the name of Jeff.

As I'm placing order I could tell he already was irratated and had an attitude.

One of the things I ordered was a half gallon of lemonade it rung up the incorrect price. So I mentioned about the price being wrong he said “oh it sure is, i can't change the price so….do you want the half gallon or not?” umm… nasty and rude… and when I start to ask him….” Okay what the protocol for when a price is wrong… “ he gone catch another attitude and walk away as I'm talking to him… and then comes back like “do you want it or not?! What you decide?” very unprofessional and very rude. I understand being the only worker and being overwhelmed, but that right there is rude and horrible customer service.Yall need to train your workers to have better customer service and stress management. Or just hire people who can handle and work under pressure. If you can't handle the heat then stay out the kitchen,...

First time. I intended to go to Walgreens for a frozen pizza for dinner (Felt lazy after getting off work) and I noticed the sub shop next door for really the first time, so.. I thought I'd give them a try. The young lady behind the counter was very nice when taking my order and the young gentleman who made my sub was prompt but mindful, actually making sure it was made well rather than made 'Right this second'. The wait was about four or five minutes. Plenty of time to watch the game on the flat screen and take in the place. Very clean, they do an excellent job on housekeeping, the Manager should be proud.

I got the Philly Cheesesteak and I gotta admit, its almost as good as the ones I make at home for family and friends. Tender meat, bread was just the right level of crunchy, onions were carmelized to perfection. The only thing I could find wrong with the place is that they don't do delivery!

Wish I'd remembered to check for a tip jar... yeah,...

Very horrible service. At least the food was decent. There were only 2 or 3 orders ahead of us when we walked in. After we waited at the counter where the "Order Here" sign was for a couple of minutes, another woman walked in and stood around the corner and was taken care of before us. When we finally got to order (at 7:40pm according to the ticket), we had to wait another 8 minutes to even pay. And when we were finally handed our 2 subs and medium fry, it had been an additional 20 minutes since we paid. I have been in several busier stores, and have never waited that long. Not a very friendly staff, and not even an apology for the long wait. Maybe we just went when there was a bad crew, but the damage has been done. We will take our business to the Pickerington store...
