Isn't it a violation to wear open toe shoes while working around food?? They just walk in this facility with anything on, vulgar language, only one employee in the store during busy lunch hours and you gotta repeat how you want your food made a hundred times all the whole they're catching an attitude because you don't want your food prepared any old kind of way!! It could be a top tier location if they actually gave a damn.
Today's issues were, I wanted to add chips and a drink too my order, the cashier with the slide in flip flops tells me, " the menu is changing so you can't do a combo!" Then starts rambling on about how I can add two chips or what-have-you for a specific price a bunch of nothing! I then went to go get some ice which by the way this is like the third time so I was just doing it to see if it was the machine or the fact that they don't clean it but there were black specks in my ice again! They had already charged me before my food was done in before they started being irritated so I just took my food and left but I most definitely didn't care for...
Read moreThe young lady working at this location was very aggressive and disrespectful. She talks too much and makes things unnecessarily long instead of focusing on the customer’s order. If someone wants to give lectures, they should go to a school and become a professor—not while working at Subway, where the job is simply to prepare food and serve customers respectfully.

On top of that, she even told me that if I come back, she will not serve me again. She insulted me and spoke badly about me right in front of other people. This behavior is completely unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable.
Employees should treat customers with respect and focus on preparing their food quickly and professionally. This employee needs to be addressed immediately so other customers do not face the...
Read moreYou do NOT shave the tuna fish off to the top of the scoop and place it on the bun!!! In doing so, that's not a complete scoop. The scoops are already not enough, so give me my FULL scoop! Then had the audacity to smear it out to make it fit the bun - WHICH IT DIDN'T!!! Please look at the pictures.
When I called to get the name of the owner and/or the manager. She said, that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give that information to me. She was very rude and told me to call 1800Subway and hung up on me. I'm assuming this was the same person who had made my tuna fish sandwich as well. She too seemed bossy and definitely rude while demonstrating how the scoops are made/while scraping...
