Walked into the store and was greeted by a woman, who was sweeping the dining room. The woman stated that there would be a 10-15 minute wait for my food and I could use the self serve kiosk. She continued sweeping, while disciplining her two young children. (I didn’t think it was bring your children to work day). Another woman came in, she told the woman the same thing about wait. I asked the employee if it’s because priority is focused on Drive Thru. She stated that drive thru is priority and dining room is least of their priorities.
I said dining is just as important. She said, no you are wrong. I asked for a manager. A middle aged room, who had greasy hair, filthy clothes, and a mouth of rotted teath came up from the back and started yelling at me.
My food took 15 minutes to come up. That same yelling woman said you got your food in 15 minutes. I responded, your customer service will be a google review. The woman started screaming at me again. I walked away. I realized I did not get a my cup. I went back to the counter and asked for my cup. The woman asked for the guy in drive thru and started to tell him some fabricated story. I told her great fabricated story, but I just want a cup and better yet but my stuff in a bag, I won’t eat in this hostile environment.
I called Taco Bell customer service to file a complaint. I received a call back from the general manager. He was just as rude on the phone as his employees.
My food had rotten lettuce, the taco supreme and chalupas were made wrong.

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. First red flag should have been cars wrapped around the building for the drive through. I should have paid closer attention when I came in. After I place my order electronically, I noticed at least 10 other customers sitting at tables WITHOUT food. That was red flag #2. Then I started hearing the other customers talking about how long they’d been there.....26-30 minutes. 3 gentlemen stepped up to the counter to ask for their money back, as their lunch periods were now over. Of course one of the 4 people handling food had to come up to the counter to help them because the register lady was OUTSIDE SMOKING! The manager jumped their orders ahead of everyone else, resulting in more grumbles from everyone else. I finally got my order (ahead of people who had clearly been there before me), and it was wrong. My order was to include steak, and I got ground beef. They told me to keep what they gave me and made me the correct item. Another customer had the same problem. Once I got the correct order, register gal did not offer me a bag to carry my order out to my car. One of the managers had to ask if I needed a bag and then told register gal to take care of the customer. By the way, that was the nastiest steak ingredient I’ve ever tasted. It tasted like it was soaked in salt. This is not a one time incident. This store is always ssslllooowww, but today was the final straw. Needless to say, they will be knitting sweaters in hell before I ever go back to that Taco Bell.....or maybe...
