Subway Corp, pay attention. You have a seriously hidden gem at this location. His name is John. Not gonna lie, I usually dont eat out. And when I do, it pretty much is never Subway. However, I received a great deal in the mail I couldnt pass up, so I went. In spite of the screaming child running airplane circles while her parent was being served, the lobby was clean, looked nice, and I was greeted promptly at entry. John was the only employee working when I arrived. I dont mean he was the only employee doing something. I literally mean he was the ONLY employee. He was courteous, considerate, professional and personable. He displayed exemplary food handling safety skills. He was attentive, thorough, and very engaging. I will return because of his customer service. Period. He earned you a customer. Hope that matters...
Read moreThis Subway ripped me off today! I order the exact same thing at every Subway I go to so it was a little shocking when my sub came up to be $3 more than it usually is.
I actually questioned my total with the only guy working there who had made my sub. He insisted that the total was correct. I was hungry and didn’t want to argue with him so I paid and left with my sub. When I got home I pulled up the Subway app and ordered the exact same sub from the exact same location. I was right, it came up to be $3 less than what I paid.
$3 isn’t a lot of money but it’s enough to make me write this review and go a block down the street to another Subway...
