There are so many issues when we come here!! We just came through the drive thru and saw a sign that said they close at 6 and it was currently 512, there were no other cars in the line at all and when we tried placing an order for three hardshell tacos the lady said over the speaker that she wasn't taking anymore orders. I asked why because the sign says that they close at 6, we got no response. I asked how long until they could take an order since it was for my son and still no answer. We drove around and didn't see anyone at the window and went across the street to McDonald's instead which was very pleasant and fast with the order. I called the taco bell and asked for a manager to complain and she said I spoke with her and the reasoning was the headset turned off (coincidentally after she said she's not taking anymore orders) and that she's short staffed and closing up (I didn't realize being short staffed meant you could turn people away when there's no one in line and close 45 minutes early, being short staffed sounds pretty nice for that lady!) Read moreThere was a lady working the night shift at taco bell drive through today who had a growing nasty attitude.
I drove up, said hello and asked she was doing and she ignored me and asked me what I wanted. This is normal, drive through isn't the time for chit chat. After a minute, she started to get snippy and I soon realized that she couldn't hear me and I tried to speak up. She still continued to get snippy and I decided that I'll drive around anyways to let her know what I wanted to order.
When I did, she wasn't polite. She didn't even make an effort to want to talk to me. She just wanted me to go away and it made me feel bad for going through the drive though. I decided to go ahead and tell her that I didn't want her service and drove off when she interrupted me and rolled her eyes at me for the last time.
Now I work in customer service and I have manners. I also know that if I am having a bad day, never blame it someone else. I just hope that lady learns to grow up and speak up. Nothing ill, just...
Read moreEnded up leaving the inside after waiting over 7 min with absolutely any service. No one in the drive thru. Not one of the employees had interest or common sense to know that when your guest stands in front of the register, they are ready to order. No one said a thing. Everyone was standing around talking to their partners and looking utterly undisturbed at the fact that the folks at the front counter were there to order.. Everyone just looked at us. No one would take our order. I looked at my husband and the both of us understood quickly that we would not be receiving service no matter how long we stood there. This was clearly a true race issue. I hope that the Taco Bell Restaurant Industry can move past any race issues and treat everyone with respect and dignity. I would never want anyone to feel the degradation and embarrassment that my husband and I both felt tonight. God Bless all of the employees working around 830 tonight at the Taco Bell on Airport...
