The Peach Cobbler Factory — Restaurant in Columbus

As I’ve climbed the ladder to being nearly a professional food reviewer, I like to visit some of the newest/hyped up spots in town. It’s not often that I have to be critical when doing my reviews but here we go. My first impression of the establishment is that it was inviting but the design of the place is a bit lackluster. The employees were really nice and professional so well done there. The menu was pretty much what you’d expect from a dessert place like this so nothing special and the prices were moderate. I ended up settling on the blackberry peach cobbler. So the ice cream comes separate from the peach cobbler? If I had ordered it to go, then that would be acceptable. After the first bite, it was an automatic no for me. I have no idea where the crust comes from but it’s horrible and leaves a pasty flour taste behind. I highly suggest going with a different brand for the crust and I’ve seen several reviews from customers sharing this opinion.** The blackberry portion of the cobbler was decent but the ice cream was subpar. The service was so nice two young ladies were awesome one to take your order and the other one that brings your order so sweet so nice so considerate very good bunch of people..... the sweet potato cobbler was awesome the flavor was so good it was not super sweet the ice cream on the side was great that mean the ice cream did not soak up my cobbler that was a great touch then there was the bourbon pecan banana pudding what can I say I can say so much this was an awesome treat I recommend try this banana pudding, the flavors were awesome the combination of the candy pecans with that banana pudding just made it so much better than a traditional I'm telling you guys this banana pudding has won me over peach cobbler is awesome what's a banana pudding put it over the top thank you guys for making such great desserts I did download the app I will return and keep up the outstanding work great customer service clean store awesome atmosphere overall one of the best experience I've had in a long time again I thank you peach...

The staff is always friendly. I love that they have an app. You can order ahead for pick-up or have it delivered. The cobblers and banana puddings are fabulous. The only issue you'll have here is which one(s) to choose. The owners themselves are amazing people. I've been to the Peach Cobbler Factory quite a few times since they opened, but they went way above and beyond my last trip. Not knowing they were closing early the night before Thanksgiving, I put in an order to be picked up at 9:30 pm. I live out of town and wanted to take dessert to a friend's for dinner. Instead of canceling the order, one of the owners called to confirm it and told me they'd come back to meet me when I got to town. True to their word, they were waiting when I arrived.
