Horrible. Visited the Seltzer Rd location. I walked in and the employees were playing around with one and other, which really didn't bother me. I got to the counter with my mother to order and asked may you please make a pot of fresh dark roast? The cashier said I just made it like 15-20 minutes ago and it's in an insulated pot. I stated that I preferred my coffee fresh piping hot and I didn't want old coffee. The cashier then stated that we don't do that I explained that if the pot is 64oz and I'm ordering more than half the pot, why it couldn't be done? She said we don't do that my mother then stated let's just go to another location. I then turned around after the sarcasm of the employees(because of course there was rude banter) and stated that if I'm spending my money I'm going to get the cup of coffee I want not the one you think you're going to force me to take. We then got into our cars and went to another location. I'm in town visiting from another state and at home I don't have these service issues they make the pot everyday and I return everyday because I know I'm getting what I want. I can't justify being treated like garbage for a cup of coffee. I would have spent about $25-$30 at this location given the amount of people that were being provided for but I won't...
Read moreFar and away the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever dined at. I love Tim Hortons and am a frequent visitor of many of their Columbus locations, but the service and management of this location are completely incongruent with what I have come to expect from the brand. Staff members will address you without even facing in your direction, and without using basic pleasantries (please, thank you, not even a simple hello or good morning). Management addresses guests as "boss", "sweetheart", "champ" and other condescending informal names, rather than "sir" or "ma'am". Management does not adhere to any sort of dress code any different than entry level staff members, and does not cover up tattoos. Orders are consistently inaccurate and service is rude, borderline hostile, and generally very unapologetic about it.
I'm not normally one to go out of my way to complain about this sort of thing, but it makes me question the direction of a company I have had a lot of respect for over the years. I will not...
Read moreAlthough this location is a HIT or MISS... Meaning, although you give your order for how you want your coffee made, it still may NOT be what you will get, and other times it will be SPOT ON!!!! But, GOD forbid if you need an afternoon caffeine pick-me-up... It will appear dark, shut down, with lights off, and the person sounding like you've interrupted their nap on the speaker!!!!
With all that being said... I still WILL NOT go to ANY other location, for they are FAR WORST!!!
NOW... ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE.... I've noticed that management has employed a FANTASTIC employee named Steve who works the drive-thru window!!! He is ALWAYS pleasant, respectful, nice, kind, patient, and understanding! It appears he is the LIGHT at this location and I've noticed things have improved! Frankly, I am amazed he's here in Ohio! But we'll keep our fingers crossed and hope...
