I give them a two star rating because when I purchased a smoothie on today 02/21/21 the Team that was working during the 11:10am shift did not greet me as I stood at the counter waiting to tell them my name for the mobile order I placed the particular worker at the register simply looked away then decided to finally say how can I help you and not in a welcoming way at all she then hands me my drink with no straw which I come all the time to this whittlessey location (only one in cols.,ga) and they always are sure to hand you a straw with your drink but this did not occur I had to grab my own straw and also question if my drink was the one I ordered as it is usually marked with the type it is (unless this has changed) this is not my first bad experience as far as customer service with this location because I also experienced twice the incorrect smoothies in which were made watered down and just didn’t taste consistent to what they usually were so this is strike three and I decided to voice my opinion of the service given because I do enjoy the smoothies but the service can be done better simple as that I mean it’s not hard to simply say ‘hi mam’ I’ll be with you in a second not just ignore the customer then when you decide to work to come say how can I help. Read moreIt's 6pm. As a smoothie cafe, how in the HELL have you run out of cups???? Really? UPDATE 2/17/24: Glitch in app, for some reason my order didn't go thru but my son's did. A female with long burgundy colored braids wrote down my order from my phone & took it to the back. I heard a female yell out: "Did she pay?" In the meantime, a family walks in and places their orders. A few minutes later, a 3rd female with headphones on comes from the back & hands the family a bag. After seeing the confusion & then delight on the family's faces as they started eating, I realized they were eating my food.
